NOTICE UNDER SUB SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001, READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit, for formation of road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 19+840 Km. to 20+790 Km.) at Tiruvallur District, Ponneri Taluk, No.106, Jegannathapuram-II (Block-III) Village and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Manavari patta lands specifi ed in the schedule 0.05.99 Hectare / 599 Sq.Mtrs. to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose to wit for formation of road for providing road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 19+840 Km. to 20+790 Km.) as part of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project by Highways Department. The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai-600 058 and in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Unit-I, Ponneri and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
