No. II(2)/ECCF/800/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specifi ed in the Schedule below as reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar (Forest Settlement), Dindigul ex-offi cio, to be the Forest Settlement Offi cer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said section in respect of the said land.

1947ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, இத்தகராறை எழுவினாவுடன் கோவை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

தொழிற்சங்கம், கோவை என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே

இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளவாறு தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது

என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;

இத்தகராறை எழுவினாவுடன் கோவை தொழிலாளர்

நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு

மேலும், 1947ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு கோவை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

(பணி எண். 018199) ஆகிய நடத்துநர்களுக்கு தலா ரூ.500/- அபராதம் விதித்து நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்த 04-05-2020-ம் நாளிட்ட உத்தரவை இரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில், உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

மேலும், 1947ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு கோவை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
