தமிழக அரசால் புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டத்தில் காவிரி-வைகை-குண்டாறு இணைப்பு கால்வாய் திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்தும் பொருட்டு 19 கிராமங்களில் 572.56 ஹெக்டேர் பட்டா நிலங்களை நிலமெடுப்பு செய்யவும் மற்றும் 83.78 ஹெக்டேர் அரசு புறம்போக்கு நிலங்களை நிலமாற்றம் செய்யவும் அரசாணை நிலை எண். 101 பொதுப்பணித் (N2) துறை, நாள் 27.04.2020-ன் வழி நிர்வாக அனுமதி வழங்கி உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

கீழ்க்கண்ட அட்டவணையில் உள்ள 3 கிராமங்களில் நிலமெடுப்பு செய்ய பிரிவு 11(1) கீழ் முதல்நிலை அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மேற்படி கிராமங்களில் தனி நபர் பேச்சுவார்த்தை மூலம் நிலம் கையகம் செய்யும் பணிகள் நடைபெற்று வருவதாலும் மற்றும் நிர்வாக காரணங்களுக்காக மேற்படி கிராமங்களின் நிலமெடுப்பு புலங்கள் குறித்து நிலம் கையகம் படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச் சட்டம் 2013 (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 19(1) கீழ் விளம்புகை செய்வதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தை பிரிவு 19(7)-ன்படி கீழ்க்கண்ட அட்டவணையில் உள்ள கலம் (6)-ல் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள தேதி வரை மேலும் 12 மாதங்கள் நீட்டிப்பு செய்யப்படுகிறது.

Wherein the Government of Tamil Nadu have originally accorded sanction for acquisition of 572.56.0 Heactares of Patta lands and Transfer of 83.78.0 Hectares of Poramboke lands in 19 Villages for implementation of Cauvery-Vaigai-Gundar Link Canal scheme in Pudukkottai District as per G.O. Ms. No. 101, Public Works (N2) Department, Dated 27.04.2020.

Under Section 11(1) of the Act Preliminary Notification was published for Land Acquisition in 3 Villages as listed below.

For Publication of declaration under Section 19(1) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, time extended for 3 Villages. Since land acquisition through Private Negotiation for the consent given land owners are under progress and for administrative reasons for a period of 12 Months with extended date for each Village as mentioned in column (6) of the table below as per the provisitions given under Section 19(7) of the Act.

தமிழக அரசால் கரூர் மாவட்டத்தில் காவிரி-வைகை-குண்டாறு இணைப்பு கால்வாய் திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்தும் பொருட்டு 17 கிராமங்களில் 427.81.21 ஹெக்டேர் பட்டா நிலங்களை நிலமெடுப்பு செய்யவும் மற்றும் 36.20.85 ஹெக்டேர் அரசு புறம்போக்கு நிலங்களை நிலமாற்றம் செய்யவும் அரசாணை (எம்.எஸ்) எண். 115 பொதுப்பணி (என்.2) துறை, நாள் 30.04.2020 மற்றும் அரசாணை (எம்.எஸ்.) எண். 169, நீர்வள ஆதாரத் (கே1) துறை, நாள் 26.11.2021-ன் வழி நிர்வாக அனுமதி வழங்கி உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

கீழ்க்கண்ட அட்டவணையில் உள்ள 5 கிராமங்களில் நிலமெடுப்பு செய்ய பிரிவு 11(1) கீழ் முதல்நிலை அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மேற்படி கிராமங்களில் தனியார் பேச்சுவார்த்தை மூலம் கேட்புத்துறைக்கு நிலக்கிரயம் பெற நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருவதால், நிலமெடுப்பு புலங்கள் குறித்து நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டம், 2013 (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 19(1) கீழ் விளம்புகை செய்வதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தை நிர்வாகக் காரணங்களுக்காக பிரிவு 19(7)-ன்படி கீழ்க்கண்ட அட்டவணையில் உள்ள 5 கிராமங்களுக்கு கலம் (6)-ல் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள தேதி வரை மேலும் 12 மாதங்கள் நீட்டிப்பு செய்யப்படுகிறது.

Since, work has been initiated to register Land through Private Negotiation to requisition body, for Publication of declaration under Section 19(1) of Right to Fair Compensation and Trasparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, time extended in following Village for a period of 12 Months with extended date for each Village as mentioned in column (6) of the table below as per the provisitions given under Section 19(7) of the Act.

திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி மாவட்டத்தின், ஸ்ரீரங்கம் வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த தொரக்குடி கிராமத்தில் மொத்தம் 9.66.65 ஹெக்டேர் நிலம் காவிரி- வைகை-குண்டாறு இணைப்புத் திட்ட வெள்ள நீர்க்கால்வாய் பொதுநலப் பயன்பாட்டிற்காக தேவைப்படுவதாக அரசு உத்தேசித்து நிருவாக அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே, திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி மாவட்டம், ஸ்ரீரங்கம் வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த தொரக்குடி கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக 7.56.77 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையகம் செய்யப்பட உள்ளது. அதற்கான முதல்நிலை அறிவிக்கை பிரிவு 11(1) ன் கீழ் 07.01.2022 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்திட்டத்திற்கான மறுவாழ்வு (ம) மீள்குடியமர்வு நிருவாகியாக ஸ்ரீரங்கம் வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். இத்திட்டத்திற்கான மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள்குடியமர்வு திட்ட வரைவு கீழ்க்கண்டவாறு வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 16(2)- இரண்டாவது அட்டவணை (ம) தமிழ்நாடு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான விதிகள் 2017 பிரிவு 15(2)-ல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள விபரங்களுடன் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 16(4)ன் கீழ் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

தொரக்குடி கிராமத்தின் மறுகுடியேற்றம் மற்றும் மறுவாழ்வு திட்ட வரைவு குறித்து கோரிக்கைகள் மற்றும் மறுப்புரைகளை 15 தினங்களுக்குள் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள் குடியமர்வு அலுவலரான வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர், ஸ்ரீரங்கம் அவர்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்கலாம்.

For above purpose, 07.56.77 Hectares Patta Lands in Thorakudi Village is to be acquired, for which, Preliminary Notifi cation u/s 11(1) has been published on 07.01.2022. The Revenue Divisional Offi cer, Srirangam is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement.
