NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for the purpose of Project facilities such as construction of Junction Improvement and Wayside Amenities to Chennai Outer Ring Road Phase-II at Pammathukulam Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 31,907 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed Highways purpose, for the purpose of Project facilities such as construction of Junction Improvement and Wayside Amenities for the formation of Chennai Outer Ring Road Phase -II .

The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the District Revenue Officer, (LA), Outer Ring Road, CMDA, Koyambedu, Chennai–107 and may be inspected at any time during office hours.

NOTICE

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Wet lands specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 550 Sq. mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, for the Strengthening and widening of North Chennai Thermal power Station Road, Construction of Additional Railway Over Bridge and Service Road Project.

The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (FAC), Land acquisition and Management, Chennai – 1 and office of the special Tahsildar (LA), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Unit-I, Ponneri in Tiruvallur-16 may be inspected at any time during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the formation of Thuraiyur By-pass phase – II connecting Thuraiyur – Perambalur Road and Musiri – Thuraiyur – Athur Road in Tiruchirappalli District and it have already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Chennai City Roads Division, Chennai-600015 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under Sub Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 ( Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 3788 Sq.mtrs of Wet & Dry lands in S.No.631/3B and etc.,to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for the formation of doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Nagercoil to Eraniel in Putheri Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk in the District of Kanniyakumari.

The plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃce of the Collector, Kanniyakumari may be inspected on any day during office hours.

NOTICE
