Ms. No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.
Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O. No. 201, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 10.08.2022. The following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Madurai Local, Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O. Ms. No. 122, Housing and Urban Development [UD4] Department, dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 7, Part II—Section 2, Page 190-191 dated 22.02.1995.

In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Residential – MR, the expression 119/3 shall be added before the expression 154pt.
Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression "117 to 120" shall be deleted and the expression "117 & 118 all sub divisions of "119 expect 119/3, 120" shall be substituted.

No. 288/2022.--In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the above said 13 I.A.S. Probationers of 2021 Batch to be the Special Judicial Magistrates in the Districts noted against their names, from 07.11.2022 to 30.07.2023. The powers may be withdrawn as and when they complete their training to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrates concerned and confer upon them the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Magistrate to try such cases which were triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
