Rajagopal, I.A.S., (Rtd), State Chief Information Commissioner, Tamil Nadu Information Commission, shall cease to hold offi ce on the afternoon of 20th November 2022 as provided in sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central Act 22 of 2005) as amended in the Right to Information (Amendment) Act, 2019 and as provided in Rule 12 of the Right to Information (Term of Offi ce, Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chief Information Commissioner, Information Commissioners in the Central Information Commission, State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioners in the State Information Commission) Rules, 2019.
