A declaration was issued under Section 19(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) to acquire 0.84.34 hectares of land in Molakkaraipatti Part 1 - 0.03.60 and 0.80.74 hectares of land in Moolakkaraipatti Part 2 Village, vide G.O. (Ms) No. 211, Water Resources (N2) Department, dated 22.12.2021 for formation of ﬂ ood carrier channel in respect of Interlinking of Tamirabarani-Karumeniyar- Nambiyar rivers in Moolaikaraipatti Part - I, II Villages in Nanguneri Taluk of Tirunelveli District and the same was published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 63 dated 25.01.2022.

As per Section 25 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) an award shall be made within a period of 12 months from the date of publication of the declaration under Section 19(1) of the said Act.

In this acquisition process, guideline value is not available for S.No. 271A/1 and 1688/9 and the same has to be ﬁ xed before passing of award to those survey numbers. It requires more time to complete the same.

Hence due to the above said reasons the Government hereby extends the time limit for passing of award for the survey numbers mentioned in the 19(1) declaration approved by the Government vide G.O.(Ms) No. 211, Water Resources (N2) Department, dated 22.12.2021 for a further period of 12 months from 25.01.2023.

பொதுத் தேவைக்காக அதாவது தாமிரபரணி கருமேனியாறு நம்பியாறு இணைப்புத் திட்டத்திற்காக வெள்ள நீர்க்கால்வாய் அமைக்க திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தில் நாங்குனேரி வட்டத்தில் உள்ள மூலக்கரைப்பட்டி பகுதி-1 கிராமத்தில் 0.03.60 ஹெக்டேர் மற்றும் பகுதி-2 கிராமத்தில் 0.80.74 ஹெக்டேர் மொத்தம் 0.84.34 ஹெக்டேர் நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்துவதற்கு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச் சட்டம் 2013 (மத்திய நிலஎடுப்புச்சட்டம் 2013) இன் பிரிவு 19(1)ன்படி விளம்புகை அறிவிக்கையானது அரசாணை (நிலை) எண்.211 நீர்வள(என்2)த்துறை, நாள்.22.12.2021-ன்படி ஒப்புதல் செய்யப்பட்டு அரசிதழ் எண்.63அரசிதழ் எண்.63, நாள்.25.01.2022 அன்று தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில்தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து மேற்படி சட்டத்தின்படி பிரிவு 25-ன்படி தீர்வம் ஆணையானது விளம்புகை அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து பனிரெண்டு மாதங்களுக்குள் பிறப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

இந்நில எடுப்பில் புல எண்.271A/1 மற்றும் 1688/9 புல எண்களுக்கு அரசு வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பு இல்லை என்பதால் மேற்படி இரு புலஎண்களுக்கும் வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பு நிர்ணயம் செய்த பின்னர் தான் இந்நில எடுப்பில் கண்ட அனைத்து புல எண்களுக்கும் நில மதிப்பு நிர்ணயம் செய்ய இயலும் என்பதால் கால அவகாசம் அவசியமாகிறது.

எனவே மேற்கண்ட காரணங்களினால் அரசாணை எண் 211, நீர்வளத் (என்2) துறை, நாள். 22.12.2021-ன்படி வெளியிடப்பட்ட 19(1) அறிவிக்கையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள புல எண்களுக்கு தீர்வாணை பிறப்பிப்பதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தினை 25.01.2023-ல் இருந்து ஓராண்டுக் காலம் நீட்டிப்பு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படுகிறது.

A declaration was issued under Section 19(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) to acquire 31.95.16 hectares of land vide G.O. (Ms) No. 208, Water Resources (N2) Department, dated 22.12.2021 for formation of ﬂ ood carrier channel in respect of interlinking of Tamirabarani – Karumeniyar Nambiyar rivers in Kadankulam Thirumalapuram Village in Nanguneri Taluk of Tirunelveli District and the same was published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 63, dated : 25.01.2022.

In this acquisition, guideline value for some survey numbers were mentioned as "See street value" and the land value of all such survey numbers can be ﬁ xed only after ﬁ xation of guideline value by the Registration Department. And also, survey number 432/8B was found missing in the "Tamil Nilam" software and hence it is unable to determine the market value for that land immediately.

Hence due to the above said reasons, the Government hereby extends the time limit for passing of award for the survey numbers mentioned in the 19(1) declaration approved by the Government vide G.O. (Ms) No. 208, Water Resources (N2) Department, dated 22.12.2021 for a further period of 12 months from 25.01.2023.

பொதுத் தேவைக்காக அதாவது தாமிரபரணி-கருமேனியாறு-நம்பியாறு இணைப்புத் திட்டத்திற்காக வெள்ள நீர்க்கால்வாய் அமைக்க திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தில் நான்குனேரி வட்டத்தில் உள்ள காடன்குளம் திருமலாபுரம் கிராமத்தில் 31.95.16 ஹெக்டேர் நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்துவதற்கு நில கையகப்படுத்தலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச் சட்டம், 2013 (மத்திய நில எடுப்புச்சட்டம் 2013)ன் பிரிவு 19(1)ன் படிவிளம்புகை அறிவிக்கையானது அரசாணை (நிலை) எண். 208 நீர்வள (என்2)த் துறை நாள் 22.12.21ன்படி ஒப்புதல் செய்யப்பட்டு தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழ் தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழ் எண். 63 பாகம்II பிரிவு 2 நாள். 25.01.2022 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து மேற்படி சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 25-ன்படி தீர்வாணையானது 19(1) அறிவிக்கை விளம்பரம் செய்யப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து பனிரெண்டு மாதங்களுக்குள் பிறப்பிக்கப்படவேண்டும்.

இந்நில எடுப்பில் சில புல எண்களின் வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பு "தெரு மதிப்பு காண்க" என குறிபிடப்பட்டு இருந்தது. இதனால் மேற்படி நில எடுப்பு புல எண்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பீட்டு குழுவினை கூட்டிபதிவுத் துறையால் வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பு நிர்ணயம் செய்த பின்னரே இந்நிலங்களுக்கு நில மதிப்பு நிர்ணயம் செய்ய இயலும். மேலும் புல எண் 432/8B தமிழ்நிலம் மென்பொருளில் விடுபட்டிருப்பதால், மேற்படி புல எண்ணை தமிழ்நிலம் மென்பொருளில் சேர்த்து நில உரிமைதாரரை இறுதி செய்வதற்கு கால அவகாசம் தேவைப்படுகிறது.

எனவே மேற்கண்ட காரணங்களினால் அரசாணை எண் 208, நீர்வளத் (என்2) துறை, நாள் 22.12.2021-ன்படி வெளியிடப்பட்ட 19(1) அறிவிக்கையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள புல எண்களுக்கு தீர்வாணை பிறப்பிப்பதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தினை 25.01.2023ல் இருந்து ஓராண்டுக் காலம் நீட்டிப்பு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படுகிறது.

A declaration was issued under Section 19(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) to acquire 7.06.60 hectares of land vide G.O. (M.s) No. 172 Water Resource (N2) Department, dated 30.11.2021 for formation of ﬂ ood carrier channel in respect of Interlinking of Tamirabarani – Karumeniyar - Nambiyar rivers in Tisayanvilai Appuvilai Village in Tisayanvilai Taluk of Tirunelveli District and the same was published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 564 dated 30.11.2021.

In this acquisition, Compensation to be determined for certain survey numbers which are found as unapproved layouts and Guide Line Value to be determined for certain numbers. Hence, additional time is required to pass ﬁ nal award for those survey numbers.

Hence due to above said reasons, the Government hereby extends the time limit of passing of award for the survey numbers mentioned in the 19(1) declaration approved by the Government vide G.O. No. 172, Water Resources (N2) Department, Dated: 30.11.2021 for a further period of 12 months from 30.11.2022

பொதுத் தேவைக்காக அதாவது தாமிரபரணி-கருமேனியாறு-நம்பியாறு இணைப்புத் திட்டத்திற்காக வெள்ள நீர்க்கால்வாய் அமைக்க திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தில் திசையன்விளை வட்டத்தில் உள்ள திசையன்விளை அப்புவிளை கிராமத்தில் 7.06.60 ஹெக்டேர் நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்துவதற்கு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டம், 2013 (மத்திய நில எடுப்புச் சட்டம் 2013) இன் பிரிவு 19(1)ன் படி விளம்புகை அறிவிக்கையானது அரசாணை நிலை எண்.172, நீர்வள(என்2)த்துறை, நாள்.30.11.2021ன் படி ஒப்புதல் செய்யப்பட்டு தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழ் தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழ் எண்.564 நாள் 30.11.2021 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்நில எடுப்பில் சில அங்கீகரிக்கப்படாத வீட்டு மனைகளுக்கு உள்ள தெரு விஸ்தீரணம் கழித்து இழப்பீட்டுத் தொகை நிர்ணயம் செய்ய வேண்டிய நிலை உள்ளதாலும், சில உட்பிரிவு புல எண்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பு இல்லாததாலும், வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பு நிர்ணயம் செய்த பின்னர் தான் நிலமதிப்பு நிர்ணயம் செய்ய இயலும் என்பதாலும், தீர்வம் பிறப்பிக்க கால அவகாசம் தேவைப்படுகிறது.

எனவே மேற்கண்ட காரணங்களுக்காக அரசாணை எண். 172, நீர்வள (என்2)த்துறை, நாள்.30.11.2021-ன்படி வெளியிடப்பட்ட 19(1) அறிவிக்கையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள புல எண்களுக்கு தீர்வாணை பிறப்பிப்பதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தினை 30.11.2022-ல் இருந்து ஓராண்டு காலம் நீட்டிப்பு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படுகிறது.

A declaration was issued under Section 19(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) to acquire 17.13.22 hectares of land vide G.O.(Ms) No. 210, Water Resource (N2) Department, dated 22.12.2021for formation of ﬂ ood carrier channel in respect of interlinking of Tamirabarani – Karumeniyar – Nambiyar rivers in Kumarapuram Village in Tisaiyanvilai Taluk of Tirunelveli District and the same was published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 63, dated 25.01.2022.

In this acquisition Enter upon Certiﬁ cate for certain subdivision numbers to be obtained from Water Resources Department and tree value to be obtained from Horticulture Department. Hence further extension of time is required for passing of awards.

இந்நிலஎடுப்பில் உட்பிரிவு புல எண்களுக்கான முன்நுழைவுச்சான்று நீர்வளத் துறையினரிடமிருந்து பெறப்பட வேண்டியுள்ளதாலும், மர மதிப்பு தோட்டக்கலைத் துறையினரிடமிருந்து பெறப்பட வேண்டி உள்ளது. எனவே, நிலமதிப்பு மற்றும் இழப்பீட்டுத் தொகை நிர்ணயம் செய்ய கூடுதல் கால அவகாசம் அவசியமாகிறது.

எனவே மேற்கண்ட காரணங்களினால் அரசாணை (நிலை) எண். 210, நீர்வள (என்2)த்துறை, நாள் 22.12.2021-ன்படி வெளியிடப்பட்ட 19(1) அறிவிக்கையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள புல எண்களுக்கு தீர்வாணை பிறப்பிப்பதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தினை 25.01.2023-ல் இருந்து ஓராண்டு காலம் நீட்டிப்பு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படுகிறது.

A declaration was issued under Section 19(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) to acquire 30.88.38 hectares of land vide G.O. (Ms) No. 200, Water Resources (N2) Department, dated 16.12.2021 for formation of ﬂ ood carrier channel in respect of interlinking of Tamirabarani – Karumeniyar – Nambiyar rivers in Ittamozhi Village in Tisaiyanvilai Taluk of Tirunelveli District and the same was published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 611, dated 23.12.2021.

As per section 25 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) an award shall be made within a period of 12 months from the date of publication of the declaration under Section 19(1) of the said Act.

Under this proposal, Enter-upon Certiﬁ cates to be obtained from Water Resources Department Oﬃ cials for certain Survey Numbers and Guideline Value to be ﬁ xed / revised for certain Survey numbers falling under Land Acquisition. Hence, it requires more time to pass ﬁ nal awards for those survey numbers.

Hence due to the above said reasons, the Government hereby extends the time limit for passing of award for the survey numbers mentioned in the 19(1) declaration approved by the Government videG.O. (Ms) No. 200, Water Resources (N2) Department, dated 16.12.2021 for a further period of 12 months from 23.12.2022.

பொதுத் தேவைக்காக அதாவது தாமிரபரணி-கருமேனியாறு-நம்பியாறு இணைப்புத் திட்டத்திற்காக வெள்ளநீர்க் கால்வாய் அமைக்க திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தில் திசையன்விளை வட்டத்தில் உள்ள இட்டமொழி கிராமத்தில் 30.88.38 ஹெக்டேர் நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்துவதற்கு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்தலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச்சட்டம், 2013 (மத்திய நில எடுப்புச்சட்டம் 2013) ன் பிரிவு 19(1)ன் படி விளம்புகை அறிவிக்கையானது அரசாணை (நிலை) எண். 200 நீர்வள(என்2)த்துறை நாள். 16.12.2021ன்படி ஒப்புதல் செய்யப்பட்டு தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழ்தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழ் எண். 611, நாள் 23.12.2021 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்நில எடுப்பில் சில புல எண்களுக்கு முன்நுழைவுச் சான்று நீர்வளத் துறையினரிடமிருந்து பெறப்பட வேண்டியுள்ளாதலும், சில புல எண்களின் வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பு பூஜ்ஜியம் என இருப்பதால் சார்பதிவாளரால் வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பு நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டியுள்ளாதலும், ஒரே புல எண்ணின் உட்பிரிவு புலங்களின் வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பு வேறு வேறாக உள்ள நிலையில் அவற்றினை சரி செய்த பின்னரே நில எடுப்பு புல எண்களுக்கு நில மதிப்பு நிர்ணயம் செய்ய இயலும் என்பதாலும், தீர்வம் பிறப்பிக்க கால அவகாசம் தேவைப்படுகிறது.

எனவே மேற்கண்ட காரணங்களினால் அரசாணை எண் 200, நீர்வளத் (என்2) துறை, நாள். 1612.2021-ன்படி வெளியிடப்பட்ட 19(1) அறிவிக்கையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள புல எண்களுக்கு தீர்வாணை பிறப்பிப்பதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தினை 23.12.2022ல் இருந்து ஓராண்டு காலம் நீட்டிப்பு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படுகிறது.

A declaration was issued under Section 19(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) to acquire 17.95.55 hectares of land vide G.O.(Ms) No. 212, Water Resources (N2) Department, dated 22.12.2021 for formation of ﬂ ood carrier channel in respect of interlinking of Tamirabarani – Karumeniyar – Nambiyar rivers in Muthumothanmozhi Village in Tisayanvilai Taluk of Tirunelveli District and the same was published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 611, dated 23.12.2021.

In this acquisition, there are 180 Survey ﬁ elds are acquired. Hence the preparation of sub division records, sketches, marking of ﬁ elds and preparation of valuation sketches is a time taken process. In some survey numbers, variation has been found in the Guide Line Value.

Since, diﬀerent types of trees were identiﬁ ed in the acquired ﬁ elds hence valuation of trees to be obtained from various departments like Agriculture, Horticulture and Forest Departments. In some of the acquired lands having more than 10 pattadars in a patta and their land documents to be veriﬁ ed thoroughly to determine the actual ownership.

Hence due to the above said reasons, the Government hereby extends the time limit for passing of award for the survey numbers mentioned in the 19(1) declaration approved by the Government vide G.O. (Ms) No. 212, Water Resources (N2) Department, dated 22.12.2021 for a further period of 12 months from 23.12.2022.

பொதுத் தேவைக்காக அதாவது தாமிரபரணி-கருமேனியாறு-நம்பியாறு இணைப்புத் திட்டத்திற்காக வெள்ளநீர்க் கால்வாய் அமைக்க திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தில் திசையன் விளை வட்டத்தில் உள்ள முதுமொத்தான்மொழி கிராமத்தில் 17.95.55 ஹெக்டேர் நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்துவதற்கு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்தலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச்சட்டம், 2013 (மத்திய நில எடுப்புச்சட்டம் 2013) ன் பிரிவு 19(1)ன் படி விளம்புகை அறிவிக்கையானது அரசாணை (நிலை) எண் 212, நீர்வள(என்2)த்துறை நாள். 22.12.2021-ன்படி ஒப்புதல் செய்யப்பட்டு தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழ்தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழ் எண் 611, நாள் 23.12.2021 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்நில எடுப்பில் கவரப்படும் 180 புல எண்களுக்கு உட்பிரிவு ஆவணங்கள், புல படங்கள் தயாரித்தல், புல குறியீடுகள் மற்றும் நில மதிப்பு நிர்ணயம் செய்வது தொடர்பான கூட்டு வரைபடங்கள் தயாரிப்பதற்கும், ஒரே புல எண்களில் உள்ள உட்பிரிவுகளில் அரசு வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பில் வேறுபாடுகள் உள்ளதாலும், நில எடுப்பில் கவரப்படும் புலங்களில் வெவ்வேறு வகையான மரங்கள் காணப்படுவதால், ஒன்றுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட துறைகளான வேளாண்மைத்துறை, தோட்டக்கலைத்துறை மற்றும் வனத்துறை போன்ற துறையினரிடமிருந்து மரங்களுக்கான மதிப்பீட்டுத் தொகை அறிக்கை பெறப்பட வேண்டியுள்ளதாலும், நில எடுப்பில் கவரப்படும் ஒரு சில புல எண்களில் பதிவு பெற்ற பட்டாதாரர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 10-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பட்டாதாரர்களின் பெயர்கள் பதிவாகியுள்ளதால் உரிய நில ஆவணங்களை சரிபார்க்க கால அவகாசம் அவசியமாகிறது.

எனவே மேற்கண்ட காரணங்களினால் அரசாணை (நிலை) எண். 212 நீர்வள(என்2)த்துறைநாள் 22.12.21-ன்படி வெளியிடப்பட்ட 19(1) அறிவிக்கையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள புல எண்களுக்கு தீர்வாணை பிறப்பிப்பதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தினை 23.12.2022 ல் இருந்து ஓராண்டு காலம் நீட்டிப்பு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படுகிறது.

A declaration was issued under sub-section 19(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) to acquire 50.67.55 hectares of land vide G.O.(Ms) No. 12, Water Resources (N2) Department, dated 19.01.2022 for formation of ﬂ ood carrier channel in respect of interlinking of Tamirabarani – Karumeniyar – Nambiyar rivers in Vijayanarayanam Part II Village in Tisayanvilai Taluk of Tirunelveli District and the same was published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 121, dated 24.02.2022.

As per section 25 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) an award shall be made within a period of 12 months from the date of publication of the declaration under section 19(1) of the said Act.

In this acquisition, there are 187 Survey ﬁ elds to be acquired. Hence the preparation of sub division records, sketches, marking of ﬁ elds and preparation of valuation sketches is a time taken process. In some survey numbers, variation has been found in the Guide Line Value.

Since, diﬀerent types of trees were identiﬁ ed in the acquired ﬁ elds, valuation of trees to be obtained from various departments like Agriculture, Horticulture and Forest Departments. In some of the acquired lands having more than 100 pattadars in a patta and their land documents to be veriﬁ ed thoroughly to determine the actual ownership.

Hence due to the above said reasons, the Government hereby extends the time limit for passing of award for the survey numbers mentioned in the 19(1) declaration approved by the Government vide G.O.(Ms) No. 12, Water Resources (N2) Department, dated 19.01.2022 for a further period of 12 months from 24.02.2023.

இந்நில எடுப்பில் கவரப்படும் 187 புல எண்களுக்கு உட்பிரிவு ஆவணங்கள், புல படங்கள் தயாரித்தல், புல குறியீடுகள் மற்றும் நில மதிப்பு நிர்ணயம் செய்வது தொடர்பான கூட்டு வரைபடங்கள் தயாரிப்பதற்கும், ஒரே புல எண்களில் உள்ள உட்பிரிவுகளில் அரசு வழிகாட்டி மதிப்பில் வேறுபாடுகள் உள்ளதாலும், நில எடுப்பில் கவரப்படும் புலங்களில் வெவ்வேறு வகையான மரங்கள் காணப்படுவதால், ஒன்றுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட துறைகளான வேளாண்மைத்துறை, தோட்டக்கலைத்துறை மற்றும் வனத்துறை போன்ற துறையினரிடமிருந்து மரங்களுக்கான மதிப்பீட்டுத் தொகை அறிக்கை பெறப்பட வேண்டியுள்ளதாலும், நில எடுப்பில் கவரப்படும் ஒரு சில புல எண்களில் பதிவுப்பெற்ற பட்டாதாரர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 100-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பட்டாதாரர்களின் பெயர்கள் பதிவாகியுள்ளதால் உரிய நில ஆவணங்களை சரிபார்க்க கூடுதல் காலம் அவசியமாகிறது.
