The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 00628 Sq.mtrs of wet lands, to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose wit, for the purpose for the formation of I.T. Corridor Express (i.e) Phase II to extend to six-lane of Old Mahabalipuram Road comprised in S.Nos. 242/2A1B and etc., at Kalavakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk of Chengalpattu District. The plan of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Kanchipuram, Which may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for extension of existing Ukkadan–Athupalam High Level fly over in Anupparpalayam Village of Coimbatore District and Coimbatore North Taluk, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Land Acquisition Offi cer. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 285 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways Purpose to wit for the Extension of existing Ukkadan–Athupalam High Level fly over in Anupparpalayam Village of Coimbatore District and Coimbatore North Taluk.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (LA & M), Coimbatore may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the T amil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 47364 Sq.mtrs of Dry lands in S.No. 172/1B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways, to wit for the Attur Outer Bypass on Southern side of Attur formation of Attur Bye-pass road km 88/8 of Musiri–Thuraiyur–Attur Road SH03 and merges 59/2 of Salem – Ulundurpet Road (NH 79) in Thulukkanur Village, Attur Taluk of Salem District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (LA), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project–II , Salem and Special Tahsildar (LA & M), Collectorate, Salem may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for the Construction of Upgradation of Palayampatti - Mutharaiyar Nagar Road to meet Bye-pass Road in Palayampatti Village, Aruppukottai Taluk of Virudhunagar District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (2) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 3795 Sq. mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for the Construction of Upgradation of Palayampatti - Mutharaiyar Nagar Road to meet Bye-pass Road in Palayampatti Village, Aruppukottai Taluk of Virudhunagar District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer, (LA) TNRSP-II Tiruchirappalli may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.
