Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 18.48.67 hectares of land is required in Krishnarayapuram South Village in Krishnarayapuram Taluk in Karur District for a public purpose, namely, in Cauvery-Vaigai- Gundar Link canal Project, Karur

Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 15.55.74 hectares is under acquisition for the above said project in the Krishnarayapuram South Village in Krishnarayapuram Taluk in Karur District whose detailed description is as follows:

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under Section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013).

The number of families likely to be resettled due to land acquisition is 06 for whom rehabilitation and resettlement compensation has been fi xed.

Survey Numbers of Lands to be acquired 492/1 and others in Village Krishnarayapuram South, Taluk Krishnarayapuram, District Karur, Area 15.55.74 (in hectares) Mines of coal, iron-stone, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.

A plan of the land may be inspected in the offi ce of the Land Acquisition Offi cer, Karur, Special Tahsildar (L.A), Unit-1, Cauvery-Vaigai-Gundar Link Canal Project, Krishnarayapuram and Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Special Division, Kulithalai on any working day.

பொதுத்தேவைக்காக, அதாவது காவிரி-வைகை-குண்டாறு இணைப்பு கால்வாய் திட்டத்திற்காக, கரூர் மாவட்டத்தில் கிருஷ்ணராயபுரம் வட்டத்தில் உள்ள கிருஷ்ணராயபுரம் தெற்கு கிராமத்தில் இருக்கும் மொத்தப் பரப்பளவான 18.48.67 ஹெக்டேர் நிலம் தேவைப்படுகிறது என அரசு கருதுவதால், கரூர் மாவட்டத்தில் கிருஷ்ணராயபுரம் வட்டத்தில் கிருஷ்ணராயபுரம் தெற்கு கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன அரசுத் திட்டத்திற்காக கையகப்படுத்துதலின் கீழ் 15.55.74 ஹெக்டேர் நிலத்தில் அளவிடப்படும் ஒரு பகுதி நிலம் குறித்து விளம்புகை செய்வது குறித்தான விவரங்கள் பின்வருமாறு.

2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகை செய்யப்பட்டவாறு பற்றுள்ள நபரின் மறுப்புரைகளைக் கேட்ட பின்னரும் உரிய விசாரணைக்குப் பின்னரும் இந்த விளம்புகை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக மறுகுடியமர்வுக்கு வாய்ப்பான குடும்பங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 06 இவர்களுக்கான மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு இழப்பீடுகள் நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

கரூர் மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள கிருஷ்ணராயபுரம் வட்டம்/வட்டாரத்திலுள்ள (பொருந்தக் கூடியவாறு) கிருஷ்ணராயபுரம் தெற்கு கிராமத்தில் 15.55.74 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கையகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள நிலத்தில் கனிமவளங்கள் இருப்பின் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்தின் நோக்கத்திற்காக கட்டுமான நிலையின் போது அத்தகைய நிலப்பரப்பை தோண்டும் போது (அ) அகற்றும் போது அல்லது பயன்படுத்தக் கூடிய சுரங்கங்கள் (அ) கனிமங்கள் நீங்கலாக, மேற்சொன்ன நிலப்பகுதியில் படிந்துள்ள நிலக்கரி, இரும்பு (அ) ஏனைய கனிமங்கள் தேவையில்லை.

இத்திட்டத்திற்கான நில திட்ட அறிக்கையை, யாதொரு வேலை நாட்களிலும், நிலம் கையகப்படுத்தும் அலுவலர், கரூர் அலுவலகத்திலும், தனி வட்டாட்சியர் (நி.எ), அலகு-1, காவிரி-வைகை-குண்டாறு இணைப்பு கால்வாய் திட்டம், கிருஷ்ணராயபுரம் மற்றும் செயற்பொறியாளர், நீர்வள ஆதாரத் துறை, சிறப்பு திட்டக் கோட்டம், குளித்தலை அலுவலகத்தில் பார்வையிடலாம்.
