NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.
No. VI(1)/559(d-1)/2022.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for the formation of Road Over Bridge in Level Crossing–80 Polur –Arani Railway Station Road at Km 141/4 Cuddalore–Chittoor Road in Polur Town and Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 3450 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of Road Over Bridge in Level Crossing–80 Polur–Arani Railway Station Road at Km 141/4 Cuddalore–Chittoor Road in Polur Town and Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offce of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai–Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project–II, Tiruvannamalai, Revenue Divisional Offcer, Tiruvannamalai Campus may be inspected on any day during office hours.

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 1.13.95 hect., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the Expansion of Mine-II Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial purposes, to wit for the expansion of Mine-IA Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub- section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 3.11.00 hectares., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the expansion of Mine-IA in Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited.
The plans of the lands are kept in the O/o. Special District Revenue Officer, Neyveli-2 and which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for the formation of By-pass road km 88/8 of Musiri–Thuraiyur–Attur Road SH 03 and merges 59/2 of Salem– Ulundurpet Road (NH 79) in Ammampalayam Village, Attur Taluk of Salem District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu here by acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 27675 Sq.mtrs of Dry and wet lands in S.No. 215/4 and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways, to wit for the Attur Outer Bypass on the Southern side of Attur formation of By-pass road km 88/8 of Musiri –Thuraiyur – Attur Road SH03 and merges 59/2of Salem–Ulundurpet Road (NH 79) in Ammampalayam Village, Attur Taluk of Salem District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer (LA &M), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project–II, Salem and Special Tahsildar (LA&M), Collectorate, Salem may be inspected on any day during office hours.
