ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT, AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for highways purpose to wit to the provision of a facility to Chennai Outer Ring Road as Bus Bay and Junction Improvement and it has already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department, Chennai-600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of acquisition of 3366 Sq.mtrs. of Dry and Manavari lands in S.No.2/39B, etc., to the same, a little more or less, required for highways purpose to wit to the provision of a facility to Chennai Outer Ring Road as Bus Bay and Junction Improvement in Thirunindravur Village, Avadi Taluk in Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (LA), Chennai Outer Ring Road, Chennai may be inspected any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose, to wit to the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Madurai and Thoothukudi (via Aruppukkottai) in Samynatham Village, Ottapidaram Taluk of Thoothukudi District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 7535 Sq.Mtrs., of Dry lands S.No.309 and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Madurai and Thoothukudi (via Aruppukkottai) in Samynatham Village, Ottapidaram Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes, to wit for the Expansion of Mine-II, in Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 3.77.50 Hect., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the Expansion of Mine–II of Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Madurai and Thoothukudi (via Aruppukkottai) in Valasamuthiram Village, Ottapidaram Taluk of Thoothukudi District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 66475 Sq.mtrs., of Dry lands in S.No.198/3 and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Madurai and Thoothukudi (via Aruppukkottai) in Valasamuthiram Village, Ottapidaram Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Thoothukudi which may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose, to wit to the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram and Dindigul in Kandampakkam Village, Villupuram Taluk & District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the RVNL authorities. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 520 Sq.Mtrs., of Wet lands in S.No.259B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram and Dindigul in Kandampakkam Village, Villupuram Taluk and District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Villupuram which may be inspected on any time during offi ce hours.
