In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby orders as follows:-
Thiru S. Karthikeyan, District Judge of Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service, functioning on deputation in the Puducherry Judicial Service as Secretary to Government, Law Department, Government of Puducherry, Puducherry is transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, I Additional Labour Court, Chennai vice Thiru M. Jothiraman, transferred.
