In accordance to the Section 10 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act No.37/1987) the following three persons are nominated as Members of the Search Committee, for recommending a panel of three persons to the Chancellor with their bio-data, for consideration to fill up the vacancy in the post of Vice-Chancellor to the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University :-

2. Thiru. V.K. Subburaj, I.A.S., (Retd.), Formerly Secretary to Government of India, is requested to convene the meeting the above said 'Search Committee' and present the panel of persons to the Chancellor at the earliest.
