DATE OF COMING INTO FORCE OF THE TAMIL NADU PRIVATE SCHOOLS (REGULATION) ACT, 2018 (TAMIL NADU ACT 35 OF 2019)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 13th day of January 2023 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
