No. II(1)/AGFW/2/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby cancels the Agriculture Department's Notification No.II (1)/AGFW/31/2022, published at pages 50-66 of Part II-Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 25th May 2022.

1987-ஆம் வருடத்திய தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண்மை விளைபொருள் வாணிப (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) 9ஆம் பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த (1) ஆம் உட்பிரிவின் கீழான கூறு (d)-இல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் 25-5-2022 நாளிட்ட தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழின் பாகம்-II பிரிவு 1-இன் 57 ஆம் பக்கத்தில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட வேளாண்மை-உழவர் நலத் துறையின் அறிவிக்கை எண். II(1)/AGFW/31/2022-ஐ ஈங்கிதனால் இரத்து செய்கிறார்.
