மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

1947ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறு, திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு, திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

P. விஜயசாரதி, ஓட்டுநருக்கு (ப. எண். சி25887) ஜூலை 2020-ஆம் மாதம் விடுப்பு கணக்கிலிருந்து எடுக்கப்பட்ட 9 நாட்கள் ஈட்டிய விடுப்பினை, சிறப்பு விடுப்பாக கருதி, பிடித்தம் செய்த 9 நாட்கள் ஈட்டிய விடுப்பினை திரும்ப அவரின் விடுப்பு கணக்கில் சேர்த்து வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில், உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

இத்தகராறை எழுவினாவுடன் கோவை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

முகமது நசிமுத்தின், அரசு கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர். 1947ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு இத்தகராறை கீழ்காணும் எழுவினாவுடன் கோவை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
