''Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives) under Section 137 (2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Madurai District Jewellery Manufacturers Service Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No. 18/MDU/2010, Madurai District, have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / The Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives), Chennai vide Proc.No. 5147/ICC/2022-1 dated: 10-01-2023.

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director of Industries and Commerce (Industrial Co-operatives), District Industries Centre, Madurai has been appointed as the Offi cial Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation''.

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of the section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confi rmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD 4-(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15.07.2009

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Industrial use zone ordered in G.O.Ms.No. 312, Housing and Urban Development [Na.Va.4(Ni.Pa.Ma-1)] Department dated 20.12.2022. (i) Under the heading Industrial use zone in Belathur Village the following S.Nos. 10/1, 10/2, 10/3A1, 11/1 & 12/1B1 shall be added before 98.

(ii) Under the heading Agricultural use zone Belathur Village the following S. No.10 (excepted 10/1, 10/2, 10/3A1), 11 (excepted 11/1), 12 (excepted 12/1B1), 13 shall be substituted instead of 10 to 13.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No .27, Part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA (COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the Sub heading (B) Non Notifi ed Detailed Development Plan Area in Othakkalmandabam Village.

(i) Against the entry "RESIDENTIAL (MR-15)" for the expression "481 to 502" shall be deleted the expression "481 to 501, 502 (Except 502/1B) shall be substituted against the entry " Remarks" for the expression 503 (Channel) shall be deleted 503 (channel) Except 503/1A2 shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry "INDUSTRIAL (I-22)" for the expression 502/1B, 503/1A2 shall be added after 428.

Notice of Preparation of Master Plan for Nagapattinam Local Planning Area under section 24 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) under rule 7 of the Master Plan, Preparation, Publication and Sanction Rules.

The Nagapattinam Master Plan prepared by the Nagapattinam Local Planning Authority is hereby published as per consent given in G.O.Ms. No. 261 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department Dated: 16.12.2022.

The Nagapattinam Master Plan together with all enclosures may be inspected free of cost during offi ce hours at the Offi ce of the Nagapattinam Local Planning Authority, Nagapattinam. Copies of the plan are also available at the Offi ce of Nagapattinam Local Planning Authority, Nagapattinam for sale at the following prices.

Any person affected by this Master Plan may within 60 days after publication in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette communicated in writing or represent in person to the Chairman of the Nagapattinam Local Planning Authority, Nagapattinam any objection, or suggestion relating thereto.
