In Karur District, Aravakurichi Taluk, Senthamangalam East Village, 17.95.19 Hectares land has been required for public purpose namely formation of irrigation canals under Nanganjiyar Reservoir Project. For above purpose,17.95.19 Hectares Patta Lands in Senthamangalam East Village is to be acquired, for which, Preliminary Notification u/s 13(1) has been published on 16.03.2022. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Karur is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. The Draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme for the project is given below:

This notification is prepared as per sub-section 16(2) and second schedule of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 and as per Rule 15(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules 2017 and made u/s 16(4) of Act to all whom it may concern.
5Objections to this draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme may be filed before the Administrator, Rehabilitation and Resettlement / Revenue Divisional Officer Karur within 15 days from publication of this Notification. Public Hearing meeting will be conducted by Administrator, Rehabilitation and Resettlement / Revenue Divisional Officer Karur on 24.01.2023 12.15 P.M. at Taluk Office Aravakurichi.

கரூர் மாவட்டத்தின், அரவக்குறிச்சி வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த சேந்தமங்கலம் கிழக்கு கிராமத்தில் மொத்தம் ஹெக்.17.95.19 ஏர்ஸ் நிலம் நங்காஞ்சி ஆறு நீர்த்தேக்க திட்டத்தின் இடதுபுறம் மற்றும் வலதுபுறம் உயர்மட்ட வாய்க்கால்கள் அமைக்க பொதுநலப் பயன்பாட்டிற்காக தேவைப்படுவதாக அரசு உத்தேசித்து நிருவாக அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே, கரூர் மாவட்டம், அரவக்குறிச்சி வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த சேந்தமங்கலம் கிழக்கு கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக ஹெக். 17.95.19 ஏர்ஸ் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையகம் மற்றும் நில மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட உள்ளது. அதற்கான முதல்நிலை அறிவிக்கை பிரிவு 13(1)-ன் கீழ் 16.03.2022 அன்று உரிய அரசால் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்திட்டத்திற்கான மறுவாழ்வு (ம) மீள்குடியமர்வு நிருவாகியாக கரூர் வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். இத்திட்டத்திற்கான மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள்குடியமர்வு திட்ட வரைவு கீழ்க் கண்டவாறு வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 16(2)- இரண்டாவது அட்டவணை (ம) தமிழ்நாடு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான விதிகள் 2017 பிரிவு 15(2)-ல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள விபரங்களுடன் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டு வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

For above purpose, 26.66.99 Hectares Patta Lands in Senthamangalam West Village is to be acquired, for which, Preliminary Notification u/s 13(1) has been published on 16.03.2022. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Karur is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement. கரூர் மாவட்டத்தின், அரவக்குறிச்சி வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த சேந்தமங்கலம் மேற்கு கிராமத்தில் மொத்தம் ஹெக்.26.66.99 ஏர்ஸ் நிலம் நங்காஞ்சி ஆறு நீர்த்தேக்க திட்டத்தின் இடதுபுறம் மற்றும் வலதுபுறம் உயர்மட்ட வாய்க்கால்கள் அமைக்க பொதுநலப் பயன்பாட்டிற்காக தேவைப்படுவதாக அரசு உத்தேசித்து நிருவாக அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே, கரூர் மாவட்டம், அரவக்குறிச்சி வட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த சேந்தமங்கலம் மேற்கு கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக ஹெக். 26.66.99 ஏர்ஸ் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையகம் மற்றும் நில மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட உள்ளது. அதற்கான முதல்நிலை அறிவிக்கை பிரிவு 13(1)-ன் கீழ் 16.03.2022 அன்று உரிய அரசால் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்திட்டத்திற்கான மறுவாழ்வு (ம) மீள்குடியமர்வு நிருவாகியாக கரூர் வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். இத்திட்டத்திற்கான மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள்குடியமர்வு திட்ட வரைவு கீழ்க் கண்டவாறு வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

தீர்வம் பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்ட தேதியிலிருந்து ஆறு மாதங்களுக்குள் மேலே பட்டியலிடப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள்குடியமர்வுக்கான பண உதவிகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
இந்த அறிவிக்கை 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 16(2)- இரண்டாவது அட்டவணை (ம) தமிழ்நாடு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான விதிகள் 2017 பிரிவு 15(2)-ல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள விபரங்களுடன் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டு வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.
சேந்தமங்கலம் மேற்கு கிராமத்தின் மறுகுடியேற்றம் மற்றும் மறுவாழ்வு திட்ட வரைவு குறித்து கோரிக்கைகள் மற்றும் மறுப்புரைகளை 15 தினங்களுக்குள் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள் குடியமர்வு அலுவலரான வருவாய் கோட்டாட்சியர் கரூர் அவர்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்கலாம்.
