NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT,1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes, for the formation of Corridor-5 - 34 - Adambakkam Metro Station and its having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 1605 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of Corridor-5 - 34 - Adambakkam Metro Station.
The plans of the lands are kept in the Chennai Collector's Office, Taluk Office, Alandur, and Office, of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected on any day during office, hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for the purpose of Improvement of road connecting Coimbatore Airport with Mettupalayam (via) Kovilpalayam - SITRA - Kurmbapalayam (Km 0/0-8/6 Phase-I), at Kalapatti West Village, Coimbatore North Taluk of Coimbatore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways, (C&M) Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Dry lands specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 31229 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, for the purpose of Improvement of road connecting Coimbatore Airport with Mettupalayam (via) Kovilpalayam - SITRA - Kurmbapalayam (Km 0/0-8/6 Phase-I).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tiruvananthapuram and Kanniyakumari in Agasteeswaram Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk of Kanniyakumari District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 4013 Sq.mtrs., of lands in S.No.72/1B1A1 and etc.,to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tiruvananthapuram and Kanniyakumari in Agasteeswaram Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk in the District of Kanniyakumari.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Collector, Kanniyakumari which may be inspected on any day during office hours.
