No.23/MDS/2008, Chennai District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / The Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives), Chennai vide Proc.No. 5142/1CC/2022-1 dated 27.01.2023.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority / District Town and Country Planning office.

Ms. No. 94, Houisng and Urban Development [UD 4-(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II — Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15.07.2009
Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.Ms.No.267, Housing and Urban Development [Na.Va.4(Ni. Pa.Ma-1)] Department dated: 27.10.2022. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of consented Hosur New Town Development Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.304, Housing and Urban Development [UD4-(1)] Department dated 17.12.2002 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No.12 at Part VI— Section 1, page No.159, 160 dated 26th March 2003.
Draft Variation
In the consented Hosur New Town Development Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Hosur New Town Development Planning area under heading in Kothakondapalli village Page No.S23 and S24 in S.Nos. 448/5, 448/6A, 448/6B, 449/3 & 449/4 the following entries should be made.
(i) Under the heading Residential use zone in Kothakondapalli village the following S.Nos.448/5, 448/6A, 448/6B, 449/3 & 449/4 shall be added.
(ii) Under the heading Agricultural use zone Kothakondapalli village the following S.No.448 (excepted 448/5, 448/6A, 448/6B), 449 (excepted 449/3 & 449/4), shall be substituted instead of 448 & 449.

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No.94, Housing & Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page 228 dated 15.07.2009.
Feb. 15, 2023] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 85Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone into Residential Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No. 293, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM)] Department dated 25.11.2022, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.153 H&UD [UD4(2)] dated 20.06.2013, Notification No.28, at Page No.481 of Part II — Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.
Variation
In the Mamallapuram Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village Page No.119 the following entries should be made 1. Thaiyur Village, Against the entry 1.Residential use Zone the following Survey Number shall be added S.No. 110/1C1, 110/1C2, 110/1D1, before the S.No. 144 to 160.
2. Against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone the following survey number shall be substituted 94 to 109, 110 (Except. 110/1C1, 110/1C2, 110/1D1), 111 to 114 instead of Survey Number: 94 to 114.
