The following Act of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly received the assent of the Governor on the 21st February 2023 and is hereby published for general information:—
ACT No. 3 OF 2023.
An Act to repeal the Tamil Nadu Building and Construction
Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous
Provisions) Act, 1984.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of
Tamil Nadu in the Seventy-third Year of the Republic of India as
follows:--
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Building and
Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous
Provisions) Repeal Act, 2023.
Tamil Nadu
Repeal of 2. The Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers
Act 29 of 1986.
Tamil Nadu (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act,
Act 29 of 1986. 1984, is hereby repealed.
