NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes, for the formation of Corridor 4 - '23 –Theliyaragaram Metro Station' (Old Ramachandra Hospital Metro Station)' and has already decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), theGovernor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below and measuring 430 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of '23 –Theliyaragaram Metro Station' (Old Ramachandra Hospital Metro Station)

The plans of the lands are kept in the Chengalpattu Collector's Offi ce, Taluk Oﬃ ce, Tambaram and Oﬃ ce of the District Revenue Offi ce r (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the lands speciﬁed in the schedule below are to be acquired for Highways purposes to wit for the formation of Widening of Poonamallee - Kundrathur - Pallavaram Road (SH-113A) at Anagaputhur Village, Pallavaram Taluk in the District of Chengalpattu, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer (General), Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent 11589 Sq.mtrs of Rayothwari/Dry lands, to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose to wit, for the formation of Widending of Poonamallee - Kundrathur - Pallavaram Road (SH-113A) comprised in S.Nos. 69/1A2 and etc., at Anagaputhur Village, Pallavaram Taluk of Chengalpattu District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition) Kancheepuram may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu have already been satisﬁed that the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit to the facility of Chennai Outer Ring Road as Bus Bay and Junction Improvement and it have already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department, Chennai - 600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under Sub Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 4719 sq.mtrs of Dry and Manavari lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for highways purpose to wit, for the provision of a facility to Chennai Outer Ring Road as Bus Bay and Junction Improvement in Morai I Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit to construction of Road Over Bridge at km.18/4 of Srivilliputhur-Sivakasi- Virudhunagar – Aruppukottai – Thiruchuli – Narikudi – Parthibanur Road in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.427 at Railway km.563/100-200 in between Sivakasi – Srivilliputhur Railway Stations and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Chief Engineer (Projects), Highways Department, Guindy, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an Extent of 2812 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose wit for the construction of Road Over Bridge at km.18/4 of Srivilliputhur-Sivakasi-Virudhunagar–Aruppukottai – Thiruchuli – Narikudi – Parthibanur Road in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.427 at Railway km.563/100-200 in between Sivakasi – Srivilliputhur Railway Stations in Sivakasi Town and Anaiyur Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

The Government of Tamil Nadu have already been satisﬁed that the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for the work of Widening to Six lanes in Km 59/6 - 81/6 of Chennai - Tiruthani - Renigunda Road and it have already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department, Chennai-600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under Sub Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 5659 sq.mtrs., of Wet, Dry and Grama Natham required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for highways purpose to wit, for the purpose of widening to six lanes in Km 59/6 - 81/6 of Chennai - Tiruthani - Renigunda Road in Nemilichery Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar, Chennai Peripheral Ring Project, Unit-III, Thiruvallur may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce hours.
