NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu have already been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the purpose of Maduravoyal Valasaravakkam Road widening under the Chennai Metropolitan Development Project and it have already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/ lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department, Chennai - 600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 677 sq. mtrs of Dry lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for highways purpose to wit, for the purpose of Maduravoyal Valasaravakkam Road widening under Chennai Metropolitan Development Project in Maduravoyal and Porur Villages, Maduravoyal Taluk of Chennai District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M), Chennai may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu have already been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.25 at Railway Km 57/9-58-10 between Manavur and Thiruvalangadu Railway Station and it has already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department, Chennai - 600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below has/have to be acquired for industrial purposes, for the formation of 'Corridor 5 Viaduct 3 Near Kovilambakkam' and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 24 Sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of 'Corridor 5 Viaduct 3 Near Kovilambakkam'.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 336 Sq.mt (or) 3616.704 Sq.ft to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of 'Corridor 04, 03- Kutchery Road Metro Station'.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes for the formation of "Corridor 4 Transmission Line Dismantling near Alapakkam" and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring an extent of 100 sq. mts to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of "Corridor 4 Transmission Line Dismandling near Alapakkam".

NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 38 OF 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No.32 in between Tambaram – Vandalur Railway Station near Perungalathur in Peerkankaranai (Part III) Village at Peerkankaranai Village, Tambaram Taluk in the District of Chengalpattu, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisonal Engineer, Highways Department, Chennai Metropolitan Development Project, Divisonal-II Chennai - 600 015 after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby published. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby notified that the Additional Village Site land specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 00026 sq.mt of land is to acquired in Peerakankaranai (Part III) Village in Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project for Highway purpose, Constrution of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No.32 in between Tambaram- Vandalur Railway station near Perungalathur in Peerkankaranai (Part III) Village, Tambaram Taluk,Chengalpattu District.

The plan of the land under acquisition is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquistion and Management), Tambaram Unit in Chengalpattu District may be inspected at any time during the office hours.
