Wherein the Government of Tamil Nadu have originally accorded sanction for acquisition of 49.75.0 Hectares of patta lands in 02 villages for implementation of Nanganjiyar Reservoir Project in Karur District as per G.O.(4D) No. 10, Public Works (N2) Department, Dated 28.08.2018.
Under Section 11(1) of the Act Preliminary Notification was published for Land Acquisition in 2 Villages as listed below.
Since, work has been initiated to register Land through Private Negotiation to requisition body, for Publication of declaration under section 19(1) of Rights to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, time extended in following villages for a period of 12 Months with extended date for each village as mentioned in column (6) of the table below as per the provisions given under section 19(7) of the Act.

தமிழக அரசால் கரூர் மாவட்டம் அரவக்குறிச்சி வட்டத்தில் நங்காஞ்சி ஆறு நீர்த்தேக்கத் திட்டத்தின்கீழ் பாசன வாய்க்கால் அமைக்கும் பொருட்டு சேந்தமங்கலம் மேல்பாகம் மற்றும் சேந்தமங்கலம் கீழ்பாகம் ஆகிய 2 கிராமங்களில் 49.75.0 ஹெக்டேர் பட்டா நிலங்களை நிலமெடுப்பு செய்ய அரசாணை (4டி) எண்.10 பொதுப்பணித் (என்.2) துறை, நாள்.28.8.2018-ன் வழி நிர்வாக அனுமதி வழங்கி உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
கீழ்க்கண்ட அட்டவணையில் உள்ள 02 கிராமங்களில் நிலமெடுப்பு செய்ய பிரிவு 11(1) கீழ் முதல்நிலை அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மேற்படி கிராமங்களில் தனியார் பேச்சுவார்த்தை மூலம் கேட்புத்துறைக்கு நிலக்கிரயம் பெற நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருவதால், நிலமெடுப்பு புலங்கள் குறித்து நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டம் 2013 (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 19(1) கீழ் விளம்புகை செய்வதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தை நிர்வாகக் காரணங்களுக்காக பிரிவு 19(7)-ன்படி கீழ்கண்ட அட்டவணையில் உள்ள 2 கிராமங்களுக்கு கலம் (6)-ல் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள தேதி வரை மேலும் 12 மாதங்கள் நீட்டிப்பு செய்யப்படுகிறது.

Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 27.24.10 hactares of land is required in Nangavaram South-I village in Kulithalai Taluk in Karur District for a public purpose namely, in Cauvery-vaigai- Gundar Link canal Project, Karur.
Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 23.70.54 hectares is under acquisition for the above said project in the Nangavaram South-I Village in Kulithalai Taluk in Karur District whose detailed description is as follows:

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under Section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013).
6The number of families likely to be resettled due to land acquisition is 03 for whom rehabilitation and resettlement compensation has been fixed.
Survey Numbers of Lands to be acquired 914/1 in Village Nangavaram South-I, Taluk Kulithalai, District Karur, Area 23.70.54 (in hectares) Mines of coal, iron-stone, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition officer, Karur, Special Tahsildar (L.A), Unit-3, Cauvery-Vaigai-Gundar Link Canal Project, Kulithalai and Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Special Division, Kulithalai on any working day.

2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகை செய்யப்பட்டவாறு பற்றுள்ள நபரின் மறுப்புரைகளைக் கேட்ட பின்னரும் உரிய விசாரணைக்குப் பின்னரும் இந்த விளம்புகை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக மறுகுடியமர்வுக்கு வாய்ப்பான குடும்பங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 03 இவர்களுக்கான மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு இழப்பீடுகள் நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
