In exercise of the powers conferred on it by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 87 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act No.36 of 2003) read with Regulations 13 of the State Advisory Committee Regulations, it is hereby notified that the resignation of the following Member representing the area of Labour has been accepted and the Member resigned so shall cease to be a Member of State Advisory Committee with effect from 16-07-2022.

2003-ஆம் ஆண்டு மின்சாரச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 36/2003) 87-ஆம் பிரிவின் (1) மற்றும் (2)-ஆம் உட்பிரிவு உடன் படிக்கப்பட்ட 2004-ஆம் ஆண்டு மாநில ஆலோசனைக் குழு ஒழுங்குமுறை விதி 13-இல் வழங்கப்பட்ட அதிகாரங்களை செலுத்தி பிரதிநிதித்துவம் செய்யும் தொழிலாளர் துறை சார்ந்த பின்வரும் உறுப்பினரின் ராஜினமா ஏற்கப்பட்டு, 16-07-2022 முதல் மாநில ஆலோசனை குழு உறுப்பினர் பொறுப்பிலிருந்து நீக்கப்படுகிறார் என்று இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 87 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act No.36 of 2003) and in accordance with Regulation (7) of the TNERC State Advisory Committee Regulations, 2004 the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby re-nominates the following persons as Members of the State Advisory Committee for a further period of three years with effect from 07-09-2022.
