NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for formation of Western By-pass Road in Tirunelveli District from NH-7 in Munneerpallam Village, Palayamkottai Taluk of Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 76027 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for Providing in Western By-pass Road in Tirunelveli District from NH-7 in Munneerpallam Village, Palayamkottai Taluk of Tirunelveli District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), CKICP, Tirunelveli and O/o the Special Tahsildar (LA & M), Tirunelveli may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the Formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Nagari in Karlampakkam Village, Pallipat Taluk of Tiruvallur District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997 (Tamil Nadu Act10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 140593 Sq.mtrs., of lands in S.No.93/2 and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for the Formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Nagari in Karlampakkam Village, Pallipat Taluk in the District of Tiruvallur.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the District Collector, Tiruvallur which may be inspected onany day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu have already been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Construction of By-pass Road to Tiruvallur Town Km 0/0 – 6/546 and it has already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department, Chennai-600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 43192 Sq.mtrs of Wet lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, for the Construction of By-pass Road to Tiruvallur Town Km 0/0 – 6/546 in Thirupachur Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and District. The plan of the lands under acquisition, is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M), Chennai may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has already been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for highways purposes for widening of State Highways of Thiruvotriyur, Ponneri and Panchetty Road and it has already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/ lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department, Chennai-600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under Sub Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2397 sq. mtrs of Wet & Dry lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for highways purpose for widening of State Highways of Thiruvotriyur, Ponneri and Panchetty Road in Minjur I Village, Ponneri Taluk of Tiruvallur District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer (LA&M), Highways, Chennai-7 may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below has/have to be acquired for industrial purposes, to wit for the formation of 'Corridor-3, 20 Thousand Light Metro Station' and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 10Sq.mt (or) 107.64 Sq.ft to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of 'Corridor-3, 20 Thousand Light Metro Station'.
The plans of the lands are kept in the O/o. Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected any day during office hours.
