தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் (திருநெல்வேலி) லிட்., நாகர்கோவில் மண்டலம், நாகர்கோவில் என்ற நிர்வாகத்தில் நடத்துநராக பணிபுரியும் திரு. டி. டென்னிஸ் (பணி எண்.7795) என்பவருக்கு வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வை வருங்காலத்தில் பாதிக்கும் வண்ணம் மூன்று வருடத்திற்கு நிறுத்தம் செய்தும், நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்த 13-06-2002 தேதியிட்ட உத்தரவை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
[அரசாணை (டி) எண். 114, தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு (பி1)த் துறை, 14 பிப்ரவரி 2023, மாசி 2, சுபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No.II(2)/LWSD/299/2023.-தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழகம் (திருநெல்வேலி) லிட்., நாகர்கோவில் மண்டலம், நாகர்கோவில் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழக காமராஜர் நாடார் தொழிலாளர் சங்கம் நாகர்கோவில், கன்னியாகுமரி மாவட்டம் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்; இத்தொழிற்தகராறை பின்வரும் எழுவினாவுடன் திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, திருநெல்வேலி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
மேலும் 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு, திருநெல்வேலி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழகம் (திருநெல்வேலி) லிட்., நாகர்கோவில் மண்டலத்தில் ஓட்டுநராக பணிபுரியும் திரு. பி. நாகமணி ஓட்டுநர், (பணி எண்.2816) என்பவருக்கு பேருந்தின் ஸ்பேர் வீலின் மொத்த தொகையான ரூ.10,642/-ஐ நான்கு சம தவணையில் பிடித்தம் செய்தும், தற்காலிக வேலைநீக்கத்திலிருந்த நாட்களை தகுதிவாய்ந்த விடுப்பாக அமுல்படுத்தியும் நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்த 04-06-2018 நாளிட்ட உத்தரவை இரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

S. சீனிவாசன் (பணி எண்.9624) என்பவருக்கு வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வினை அதன் திரண்ட பயனுடன் ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு நிறுத்தி வைத்து நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்த 30-10-2019 நாளிட்ட உத்தரவை இரத்து செய்யவும் அன்னார் தற்காலிக பணி நீக்கத்தில் இருந்த நாட்களை பணி நாட்களாக வரைமுறைப்படுத்தி உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
