In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Act No. 35 of 1972), the Director of Town and Country Planning hereby confirms the individual draft variation for "Conversion of Higher Secondary School purpose use into Residential use in T.S.No. 6/25, 6/26 (Old Survey No: 749/9pt, 740, 755/2 and 757/2) of Ward-D, Block -25, Extent 1.6577 Acres,Cumbum Municipality, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District to the Approved Cumbum Detailed Development Plan No.5 of Cumbum Local Planning Authority/Municipality, approved by Director of Town and Country Planning in Proceeding Roc. No. 14473/94/DP2, dated: 29.11.1994 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.6, Part VI—Section 1, Page 1 No.131, Dated:15.02.1995, Published No. VI (1)/210/1995. and the said notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.36, Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 421 , Dated 07.09.2022, Published No.VI(1)/373/2022.

Since no objection and suggestion have been received on the draft notification within the stipulated time, the same is hereby confirmed and ordered as below.

Confirmation of Variation

1. Where the expression Map No.4, DDP (MR) / DTCP No. 87/1994 occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP No. 04/2022 should be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In Schedule No. IV (Form No.7) the against In Sl.No.7 in Column-2, Comprising T.S.No. 6/25 and 6/26 should be deleted.

3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification issued under Section 33(2) of the Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Variation to the Approved Ambur Detailed Development Plan No.4 of Tirupattur Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971. (Act No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the proceedings Roc. No.3545/2023/TCP-8 Dated:03.03.2023 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion of Agricultural use into Residential use in T.S.Nos.43/5, 43/6, Ward:A, Block-3, (New T.S.Nos:39/5A, 39/6A) of Extent: 2.44 Acres Ambur Municipality, Tirupattur District to the approved Ambur Detailed Development Plan No. 4, Tirupattur Local Planning Area approved by Director of Town and Country Planning's Proceedings Roc. No.4443/95/DP3, Dated: 27.03.1995 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 23, Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 658, 659, 660 dated: 14.06.1995, publication No.VI(1)/694/95

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette can represent in person or submit in writing to the Assistant Director, Tirupattur Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority office.

Variation

1. Wherever the expression Map No.04, DDP/VR/DTCP No.29/1995 occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP No.03/2023 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In Schedule No. IV, (Form No.7) Serial No.7, Column (1) the comprising T.S.Nos. 43/5pt, 6pt should be deleted.

3. In Schedule No.IV (Form No:7) Serial No:7 in Column (3) the figure "81480" sq.m should be deleted and the figure "71605.75" should be substituted at the same place.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may, within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary / Municipal Commissioner of Theni-Allinagaram Local Planning Authority / Municipality any objection and suggestions relating thereto.

3. The Variation plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority office.

Variation

1. Where the expression Map No.4 & 5, DDP (MR) /DTCP No. 66/1995 occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP No. 04/2023 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. Based on the variation, the details specified in Approved Theni-Allinagaram Detailed Development Plan No.V, in Schedule No. IV (Form No.7) against entry in Sl.No.3, shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.

3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued under Section 33(2) of the Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Variations to the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan for the Tiruppur Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009

Land use zone conversion from Existing Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D).No. 34 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated 22.02.2023. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Review Approved Tiruppur Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.280 Housing and Urban Development [UDIV(2)] dated 27.10.2006 notification No.II(2)/HOU/573/2006 at page 375 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 22nd November 2006.

Draft Variations

In the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Tiruppur Local Planning Area under heading in Village Velampalayam page S-39 in S.F.No.29/2 the following entries should be made.

(i) Against the entry of ''AGRICULTURAL USE (AG)'' use zone for the expression ''29/2'', the expression ''29/2 (Except 29/2C)'' shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry of ''MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR)'' use zone, the expression ''29/2C'' shall be added before the entry ''31''.

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Government in the order G.O(2D) Ms.No.13, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 06.02.2023 has permitteed to change of land use of a survey numbers making the following variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Departmnent Notification No.II(2)/HOU/610/2000 dated 07.06.2000, at Page No.295 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated: 7th June 2000.

Variations

In the said Master Plan, in the ''LAND USE SCHEDULE'' of VILLAGE NUMBER:192 GETNAMALLE under the heading:

II. COMMERCIAL USE ZONE: instead of the expression Survey Nos. 279 to 286, Survey Nos. 279 to 286 (except Nos. 279/1,2,3,280/2A1A1, 2A1A2, 2A1A3, 2A1B, 2A2, 2A3, 2B, 2C, 281/1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 2, 284/2A2A, 2A4, 2A5A, 2B, 3A) shall be substituted.

Under the heading III-INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE, under the sub heading III(b) - GENERAL INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE, Survey Numbers. 279/1,2,3, 280/2A1A1, 2A1A2, 2A1A3, 2A1B, 2A2, 2A3, 2B, 2C, 281/1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 2, 284/2A2A, 2A4, 2A5A, 2B, 3A-shall be added.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.09, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(C.L.U-1)] Department Dated. 25.01.2023. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Madurai Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.122, Housing and Urban Development UD4, Department Dated. 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No. 7, Part II—Section 2, Page 260-261, Dated 22.02.1995.

Variation

In the said Master Plan in Part II ''LAND USE SCHEDULE'' in Puduthamaraipatti Panchayat, Kodikulam Bit-II Village of Madurai East Panchayat Union, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District under the heading VI. Agricultural use zone to I. Residential use zone the following entries should be made.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone S.F.Nos:234/2A & 234/2B1 shall be deleted.

Against the entry I. Residential use zone S.F.Nos:234/2A & 234/2B1 shall be added.
