No.II(2)/HO/319/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby directs that in the District of Thoothukudi, the Subordinate Judge's Court at Tiruchendur shall cease to have jurisdiction over the District Munsif's Court, Srivaikuntam and hereby fi xes the local limits of the District Munsif's Court, Srivaikuntam as the local limits of jurisdiction of the Subordinate Judge's Court at Srivaikuntam with effect from the date on which the Subordinate Judge, Srivaikuntam assumes charge of that Court .

Amendment to Notification

[G.O.Ms. No. 111, Home (Transport-V), 10th March 2023, மாசி 26, சுபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] Constitution of a Subordinate Judge's Court at Srivaikuntam under the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act. [G.O.Ms. No. 100, Home (Courts-III), 7th March 2023, மாசி 23, சுபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No.II(2)/HO/316/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the fi rst paragraph of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby alters the number of Subordinate Judge to be appointed under the said Act for Thoothukudi District as four with effect from the date on which the Subordinate Judge, Srivaikuntam assumes charge of that Court.

[G.O.Ms. No. 100, Home (Courts-III), 7th March 2023, மாசி 23, சுபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No.II(2)/HO/317/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the second paragraph of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras, hereby fi xes the number of Subordinate Judges to be appointed for the Subordinate Judge's Court at Srivaikuntam in Thoothukudi District as one with effect from the date on which the Subordinate Judge, Srivaikuntam assumes charge of that Court.
