The below list of 02 Societies are ordered for the Liquidation Action of Milk Production Co-operative Society Limited and Co-operative Sub Registrar as appointed as a Official Liquidation Officer as per Deputy registrar (Dairying) Dharmapuri District

The a f f a i r s of the Liquidation Action of 02 Milk Production Co-operative Society Limited which were ordered to be wound up and Co-operative Sub Registrar as appointed as a Official Liquidation Officer under section 85 (2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 53 of 1961 are Liquidated of the above 02 Societies are by under Section 137(1), 137(2) (b) and 138 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 30 of 1983.

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into RESIDENTIAL use zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No.15 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 06.02.2023 subject to the condition the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Village Titipalayam page No.329 for the following S.F.Nos. 87/2A, 87/2B1B, 2B1A, 1B, 1A3 entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone" the following S.No. 87/2A, 87/2B1B, 2B1A, 1B, 1A3 shall be added before the entry S.F.No.86.

Under the heading "Agricultural use zone" use zone the following S.No. 87 to 97 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No. 87pt (Except 87/1A3, 87/1B, 87/2A, 87/2B1A, 87/2B1B) 88 to 97 shall be substituted.

(ii) வருவாய்த்துறை மற்றும் புவியியல் மற்றும் சுரங்கத்துறை தெரிவித்துள்ள நிபந்தனைகளை தவறாது கடைபிடிக்க வேண்டும்.

(iii) 22-09-2022 அன்று நடைபெற்ற 79வது மலையிடபாதுகாப்பு குழும கூட்டத்தில் தெரிவித்துள்ள நிபந்தனையினை தவறாது கடைபிடிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

(iv) தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள் 2019க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள், 2019 க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சிப்பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.

(2D) No. 28 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 13.02.2023 the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Periyanaickenpalayam Village page No. 308, 309, 310, S.F.No. 183/1, 183/2, 184/1A, 184/1B, 184/2A the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone" the following S.F.No. 183/1, 183/2, 184/1A, 184/1B, 184/2A shall be added after the entry S.F.No. 182.

Under the heading "Public and Semi Public" use zone the following S.F.No. 183 to 190 shall be deleted and expression 183pt (Except 183/1, 183/2),184pt (Except 184/1A, 184/1B, 184/2A) 185 to 190 shall be substituted.

(2D) No. 46 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 27.02.2023 subject to the condition the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Kirnatham Village page No. 318 & 319, S.F.No. 646/2, 647/1A, 647/2A1, 647/1C, 647/2C2 & 648/1A the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone" the following S.F.No. 646/2, 647/1A, 647/2A1, 647/1C, 647/2C2 & 648/1A shall be added after the entry S.F.No. 571.

Under the heading "Agricultural" use zone the following S.F.No. 639 to 648 shall be deleted and expression S.F.No. 639 to 645, 646pt (Except 646/2), 647pt (Except 647/1A, 647/2A1, 647/1C, 647/2C2), 648pt (Except 648/1A) shall be substituted.
