Amendment to the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 65 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Schedule of the said Act:-

Amendment

In the said Schedule, in column (2), against the entry ''VII. Drugs and Narcotics" in column (1) thereof, for the entry "Tobacco in all forms" the entry" 1 Tobacco in all forms, 2. Gloriosa superba seeds." shall be substituted.

அறிவிக்கை

1987 ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண் விளை பொருளைச் சந்தைப்படுத்துதல் (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) பிரிவு 65-ல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்படி சட்டத்தின் அட்டவணைக்கு பின்வரும் திருத்தத்தினை வெளியிடுகிறார்:-

திருத்தம்

மேற்குறித்த அட்டவணையில், கலம் 1-ல் உள்ள "VII மருந்து மற்றும் போதைப் பொருள்" என்ற பதிவுக்கெதிரே கலம் (2)ல், தற்பொழுதுள்ள "புகையிலை அனைத்து வடிவங்களிலும்" என்ற பதிவிற்கு பதிலாக "1. புகையிலை அனைத்து வடிவிலும் 2. கண்வலி கிழங்கு விதை" என்ற பதிவு மாற்றீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
