NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 No. VI(1)/ 361(a-1)/2023
The Government of Tamil Nadu having already been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for highways purpose to wit for the Construction of a Grade Separator at the junction of Mount – Poonamallee Avadi Road from MIOT- Hospital to Mugalivakkam via Ramapuram and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2899 sq. mtrs of Wet, Dry and Natham Manai lands to the same, a little more or less, required for highways purpose to wit, for the construction of Grade Separator at the junction of Mount – Poonamalle Avadi Road from MIOT Hospital to Mugalivakkam via Ramapuram in Porur - II Village, Maduravoyal Taluk of Chennai District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M), Chennai may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired for highways purposes to wit for the Construction of Elevated Highways along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore City from Goldwins to Uppilipalayam km 147/100-km 157/200 (SHU-52) in Vilankurichi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Chief Engineer, Highways, (Special Projects Divisions), Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub– section(1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2164.65 Sq.mtrs to the same a little more or less needed for Construction of Elevated Highways along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore City from Goldwins to Uppilipalayam km 147/100-km 157/200 (SHU-52) in Vilankurichi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District. The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (FAC) (LA&M), South Taluk Office Campus, Coimbatore-641 018 may be inspected on any day during office hours.
