AMENDMENTS TO THE TAMIL NADU TRANSPARENCY IN TENDERS RULES, 2000.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000.
Amendments.
In the said Rules,-
(1) in rule 11, sub-rule (1) shall be omitted.
(2) in the Annexure, in para 1, in the tabular column, for the entry "All India" in column (1) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2) to (5), the following entries shall, respectively, be substituted, namely:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders (Public Private Partnership Procurement) Rules, 2012.
Amendment.
In the said Rules, in rule 11, sub–rule (1) shall be omitted.
