"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives) under Section 137 (2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Ramanathapuram District Minority Auto Drivers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No. 7, Ramanathapuram District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / The Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai vide Proc. No. 5148/ICC/2022-1, dated 26.04.2023.

Under Section 138(1) of same Act, the Assistant Director (Industrial Co-operatives) / Official Liquidator, TAICO Bank, Chennai-28 has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation".

Chennai for attending urgent Civil matters during Summer Vacation, 2023.

1. Notice is hereby given that the City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai will be closed for the Summer Vacation, 2023 for the period from 01.05.2023 to 31.05.2023 (Both days inclusive).

2. Thiru P. Sundararajan, L.L.M. VII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be the Civil Vacation Judge for the vacation from 01.05.2023 to 16.05.2023.

3. Thiru S. Jeeva Pandian, M.Com., M.Phil., M.L.., XXIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be the Civil Vacation Judge for the vacation from 17.05.2023 to 31.05.2023.

4. The Civil Vacation Judge will sit in VII Assistant Court Hall, City Civil Court, Chennai on Thursdays ie.

04.05.2023, 11.05.2023, 18.05.2023 and 25.05.2023 during Vacation to dispose of only urgent matters.

5. The Chief Administrative Officer, City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai will look after the administrative work during Summer Vacation, 2023. In the absence of the Chief Administrative Officer, Tmt. S. Padma, Sherishtadar, City Civil Court, Chennai will act as Vacation Officer.

6. During Vacation, no Plants, Appeals, Petitions or other papers will be received by the Vacation Civil Judge except urgent Petitions, Plaints and Appeals. The urgent Petitions, Plaints and Appeals. will be received on Wednesdays, ie. on (03.05.2023, 10.05.2023, 17.05.2023, 24.05.2023 and 31.05.2023*) between the hours 11.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.

1. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 10(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1974, the Sessions Judge, Chennai Division makes the following arrangements for attending Urgent Criminal Works during Summer Vacation, 2023 (01.05.2023 to 31.05.2023).

2. Tmt. C. Uma Maheswari, M.L., XXII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be incharge of Criminal Work during Summer Vacation from 01.05.2023 to 16.05.2023.

3. Thiru K. Ravi, M.A.,M.L., Sessions Judge, Special Court No. I for Trial of Cases related to MP's & MLA's of Tamil Nadu, Chennai will be incharge of Criminal Work during Summer Vacation from 17.05.2023 to 31.05.2023.

4. The Vacation Sessions Judge will hold sittings on Wednesdays in every week during the vacation for the disposal of urgent Criminal matters.

Conferment of Magisterial Powers on Certain Revenue Official.

No.97/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tenkasi District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into INDUSTRIAL use zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No. 52, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 16.03.2023 the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms. No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette date 09.11.1994

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Oddarpalayam Village page No. 376 & 377 the following S.No. 6/4B8B entries should be made.

Under the heading "Industrial-I39" use zone for the expression S.No.6/4B8B shall be added after the entry S.No.5pt.

Under the heading "Agricultural Dry AG60" use zone the expression S.No.6 shall be deleted and the expression S.No. 6 (Except 6/4B8B) shall be substituted.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Agharasamakulam Village page No. 313, S.F.No.510/1, 510/2, 510/3, 513/1A, 514/1, 514/2A, 514/2C1, 514/3A, 514/3C1, 515/2A1, 515/2A2, 521/2 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential" use zone for the expression S.F.No.510/1, 510/2, 510/3, 513/1A, 514/1, 514/2A, 514/2C1, 514/3A, 514/3C1, 515/2A1, 515/2A2, 521/2 shall be added after the entry S.F.No.445 to 456.

Under the heading "Agricultural Dry" use zone the expression S.F.No.510pt, 513pt (Excluding 513/1A), 514pt 514 to 521 shall be deleted and he expression 510pt (Excluding 510/1, 510/2, 510/3) 510pt (Excluding 514/1, 2A, 2C1, 3A, 3C1) 515 (Excluding 515/2A1, 2A2), 516 to 520, 521 (Excluding 521/2) shall be substituted.
