the Karur Sarvodaya Sangh, Karur from the operation of the said Act for the period of one year from 21.05.2023 to 20.05.2024.

(1) The above exemption is subject to the following Amendments to the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act.

(a) The aforesaid Sangh wherein the employees employed shall maintain a Register showing the names and designations of the exempted employees.

No. II(2)/CFCP/543/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-secton (1) of Section 179 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act 30 of 1983), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Schedule to the said Act:-

Amendment.

(b) Notwithstanding the exemption, the employees shall continue to receive such benefits under the said Act to which they might have become entitled to on the basis of the contributions paid prior to the date from which exemption granted by this Notification operates.

(c) The contribution for the exempted period, if already In the said Act, in the Schedule, in 'Part A', after the entry "27. Tamil Nadu Co-operative Sugar Federation Ltd.", the following entry shall be added, namely:-

paid shall not be refunded.

(2) The employer of the said Sangh shall submit in respect of the period during which that Sangh was subject to the operation of the said Act (herein after referred to as "the said period") returns, in such form and containing such particulars as were due from it in respect of the said period under the Employees' State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950.

(3) Any Social Security Officer appointed by the Corporation under sub-section (1) of Section 45 of the said Act, or other official authorized in this behalf shall, for the purpose of,-

No. II(2)/HE/544/2023.—Under clause (e) of Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Anatomy Act, 1951 (Tamil Nadu Act XVIII of 1951), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares Shri Barani Homoeopathy Medical College and Hospital, Pilikalmedu, Kokarayanpettai Road, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal to be a teaching Medical Institution for the purposes of that Act.

No. II(2)/LWSD/545/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 87 read with Section 91A of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (Central Act XXXIV of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby exempts

(b) enter any Sarvodaya Sangh office or other premises occupied by such principal or immediate employer at any reasonable time and require any person found in charge thereof to produce to such Social Security Officer or other official and allow him to examine such documents, books and other documents relating to the429 May 31, 2023] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE employment of persons and payment of wages or to furnish to him such information as he may consider necessary; or

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice of the intention to declare the said ancient monuments to be protected monuments;

(c) examine the principal or immediate employer, his agent or servant, or any person found in such Sarvodaya Sangh office or other premises, or any person when the said Social Security Officer or other official has reasonable cause to believe to have been an employee; or

(d) make copies of or take extracts from any register, account book or other document maintained in such Sangh office or other premises.

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or suggestion, which may be received with respect to thereof, from any person interested in the said ancient monuments before the expiry of the said period of two months will be considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu. No. II(2)/LWSD/546/2023.—WHEREAS, the Governor of Tamil Nadu is satisfied that public interest ·requires that the "Automobile Manufacturing Industry" should be declared as public utility service for the purposes of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947);

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the said Act, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that the "Automobile Manufacturing Industry" to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a period of six months with effect on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

பின்வரும் விவர அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள

வரலாற்றுச் சின்னதினை 1966 ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு

இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும்

நாள் முதல் அல்லது அதன் பிறகு 2 மாத காலம்

முடிவடைந்த பின்னர் மேற்கூறிய கருத்துரு பரிசீலனைக்கு

எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படும் என்று இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கை

வழங்கப்படுகிறது. மேற்கூறிய நினைவுச் சின்னத்தில்

பற்றுள்ள எவரிடமிருந்தும் 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைவதற்கு

முன்னர் வரப்பெறும் மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள்

அதிகாரங்களின்படி, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்கூறிய பழங்கால சின்னத்தினை பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட நினைவுச் சின்னமாக அறிவிக்க தாம் கருதுவதாக குறிப்பிட்டு,

இதற்கு இரண்டு மாத கால அவகாசம் அளிக்கிறார்.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாள் முதல் அல்லது அதன் பிறகு 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைந்த பின்னர் மேற்கூறிய கருத்துரு பரிசீலனைக்கு432 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part II—Sec. 2 எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படும் என்று இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கை
