(CENTRAL ACT 30/2013), Notification for Time Extension of 19(1) Declaration under Section 19(7).

Wherein the Government of Tamil Nadu have originally accorded sanction for acquisition of 572.56.0 Hectares of patta lands and Transfer of 83.78.0 Hectares of Poramboke lands in 19 Villages for implementation of Cauvery Vaigai Gundar Link Canal scheme in Pudukkottai District as per G.O.(Ms) No.101, Public Works (N2), Department dated 27-04-2020.

Under Section 11(1) of the Act Preliminary Notification was published for Land Acquisition in 1 Village as Listed below.

For Publication of declaration under Section 19(1) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, due to administrative reason, time is extended for a period of 12 Months for One Village as mentioned in column (6) of the table below as per the provisions given under Section 19(7) of the Act.

காவேரி-வைகை-குண்டாறு இணைப்புக் கால்வாய் திட்டம்-புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம்

நிலம் கையகம் படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச்சட்டம் 2013 (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/2013) பிரிவு 19(1)-ன் கீழ் விளம்புகை செய்வதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தை பிரிவு 19(7)-ன்படி நீட்டிப்புச் செய்து வெளியிடப்படும் அறிவிக்கை.

தமிழக அரசால் புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டத்தில் காவேரி - வைகை - குண்டாறு இணைப்பு கால்வாய் திட்டத்திற்கு செயல்படுத்தும் பொருட்டு 19 கிராமங்களில் 572.56 ஹெக்டேர் பட்டா நிலங்களை நிலமெடுப்பு செய்யவும் மற்றும் 83.78 ஹெக்டேர் அரசு புறம்போக்கு நிலங்களை நிலமாற்றம் செய்யவும் அரசாணை நிலை எண். 101, பொதுப் பணித் (N2) துறை நாள் 27-04-2020-ன் வழி நிர்வாக அனுமதி வழங்கி உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

கீழ்க்கண்ட அட்டவணையில் உள்ள கிராமத்திற்கு நிலமெடுப்புச் செய்ய பிரிவு 11(1)-ன் கீழ் முதல்நிலை அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நிர்வாக காரணங்களுக்காக மேற்படி கிராமத்தின் நிலமெடுப்பு புலங்கள் குறித்து நிலம் கையகம் படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைச்சட்டம் 2013 (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/2013 பிரிவு 19(1)-ன் கீழ் விளம்புகை செய்வதற்கான கால அவகாசத்தை பிரிவு 19(7)-ன் படி கீழ்க்கண்ட அட்டவணையில் உள்ள குன்னத்தூர் கலிமங்கலம் கிராமத்திற்கு கலம் 6-ல் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள தேதிவரை மேலும் 12 மாதங்கள் நீட்டிப்பு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
