In exercise of the powers conferred under section 33 (2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-107 hereby confirms the following Individual Draft variation to the conversion of Agricultural use into Residential use in S.F. Nos.77/1B, 79/2 of Extent: 1.10 Acres, Sevilimedu Village, Kancheepuram Greater Municipality, Kancheepuram Taluk / Kancheepuram District to the Review Approved Sevilimedu Detailed Development Plan No. 3 of Kancheepuram Local Planning Area, Approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc. No. 19800/2010/DP1, Dated 05.09.2011 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 36, Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 344, dated 21.09.2011, Publication No. VI(1)/356/2011 and the said draft notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 22, Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 309, dated 01.06.2022, Publication No. VI(1)/242/2022.

2. Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification with in the stipulated time, the same are hereby confirmed.

"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137 (2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the SISCOS Manufacturing and Engineering Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No. 2/SVG/2007, Sivagangai District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai vide Proc. No. 26539/ICC/2022-1, dated 16.05.2023.

Under Section 138 (1) of same Act, the Assistant Director (Industrial Co-operatives) / Official Liquidator, District Industries Centre, Sivagangai has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation"

"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operative under Section 137 (2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Siluvaichery Horticulture Grafted Seedlings Producers Service Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No. 02 Ariyalur District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai vide Proc. No. 15945/ICC/2020-1, dated 17.05.2023.

Under Section 138 (1) of same Act, the Assistant Director (Industrial Co-operatives) District Industries Centre, Trichy holding additional charge of Industrial Co-operative Wing of District Industries Centre, Ariyalur has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation".

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Mamallapuram Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No. 94 Housing and Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page - 228, dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone into Residential Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2B) No.64, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated 27.03.2023, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the G.O. Ms. No.153, H & UD [UD4(2)], dated 20.06.2013, Notification No. 28, at page No. 481 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.

Variation

In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village Page No.119 the following entries should be made

1. Thaiyur Village, Against the entry 1. Residential use Zone the following Survey Number shall be added S.No: 1506/2B, 1506/3A, 1506/3B, 1506/3C, After the S.No: 1505.

2. Against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone the following survey number shall be substituted 1506/(Except. 1506/2B, 1506/3A, 1506/3B,1506/3C), 1507 to 1528 instead of Survey Number: 1506 to 1528.

Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into INDUSTRIAL use zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No. 63, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated : 27.03.2023 the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)], dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/ HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Pichanur Village page No. 339, 340 the following entries S.F.No. 499/2A1B, 499/2A2 should be made.

Under the heading "Industrial" Land use zone for the expression S.No. 499/2A1B, 499/2A2 shall be added after the entry S.No. 466

Under the heading "Agricultural" use zone the expression S.No. 497 to 504 shall be deleted and the expression S.No. 497, 498, 499pt (Except 499/2A1B), 499/2A2), 500 to 504 shall be substituted.
