Conferment of Magisterial Powers on certain Revenue Officials.

No.131/2023.--In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Karur District and (ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Salem District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2 dated:15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into RESIDENTIAL use zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No. 76, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated: 02.05.2023 subject to the condition the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Bilichi Village page No. 310, 311, 312, S.F.No. 142/1, 146/1A1A, 147/2, 154/1A1 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone" use zone for the expression S.F.Nos. 142/1, 146/1A1A, 147/2, 154/1A1 shall be added before the entry S.F.No.191pt.

Under the heading "Agricultural" use zone the expression S.F.No. 125 to 170 shall be deleted and the expression 125 to 141, 142pt (Except 142/1), 143, 144, 145, 146pt (Except 146/1A1A), 147pt (Except 147/2), 148 to 153 (Except 154pt (Except 154/1A1), 155 to 170 shall be substituted.

Under the heading "Residential use zone" use zone for the expression S.F.No. 21/1B2, 21/2B2 shall be added before the entry S.F.No.32 to 38.

Under the heading "Agricultural" use zone the expression S.F.No. 13 to 31 shall be deleted and the expression 13 to 20, 21pt (Except 21/1B2, 21/2B2) 22 to 31 shall be substituted.

Land use zone conversion from Mixed Residential use zone into General Industries use zone ordered in G.O(2D) No. 53 Housing and Urban Development [UD.4(CLU-1)] Department dated 16.03.2023. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Review Approved Tiruppur Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.280, Housing and Urban Development [UDIV(2)] dated 27.10.2006 notification No.II(2)/HOU/573/2006 at page 375 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 22nd November 2006.

Draft Variations

In the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Tiruppur Local Planning Area under heading in MANGALAM VILLAGE page S-68 & S-69 in S.FNo.322, 323, 324 & 327 the following entries should be made.

(i) Against the entry of "MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR)" use zone the expression 321 to 334 shall be deleted and 321, 322 part (except 322/1, 322/2A, 322/2B), 323 part (except 323/5B1), 324 part (except 324/7B), 327 part (except 327/2B), 328 to 334 shall be inserted.

(ii) Against the "General Industries (GI)" the expression "NIL" shall be deleted.

(iii) Against the entry of "General Industries (GI)" the expression 322/1, 322/2A, 322/2B, 323/5B1, 324/7B, & 327/2B shall be added.
