NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

No. VI(1)/415(c-1)/2023.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below has to be acquired for industrial purposes, for the formation of 'Corridor-5-Viaduct 4 Near Porur' and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 1289 Sq.mt (or)13874.796 Sq.ft to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of 'Corridor-5-Viaduct 4 Near Porur'.
The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the purpose of Widening of Marmalong Bridge – Irumbuliyur Road at 9/10 -12/4 (SH-48) in Velachery – Tambaram Road and it having already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub- section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 1850 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of Widening of Marmalong Bridge – Irumbuliyur Road at 9/10 -12/4 (SH-48) in Velachery – Tambaram Road in Pallikaranai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk of Chennai District.
The plan of the land is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M), Chennai may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for highways for widening the State Highways Road SH-89 Nanguneri – Ovari Road for an extent of 2384 Sq.mtrs., (an extent of 516 sq.mtrs., out of 2900 Sq.mts of the award has already been passed) of Dry land in S.No.81/3B., in Kumarapuram Village of Thisaiyanvilai Taluk in Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (Highways), Tirunelveli. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2384 Sq.mtrs., (an extent of 516 sq.mtrs., out of 2900 Sq.mts of the award has already been passed) to the same, a little more or less needed for widening the State Highways Road SH-89 Nanguneri – Ovari Road.
