ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired for highways purposes to wit for the Construction of Elevated Highways along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore city from Goldwins to Uppilipalayam km 147/100-km 157/200 (SHU-52) in Anupparpalayam Village, Ward 10 of Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Chief Engineer, Highways, (Special Projects Divisions), Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 973.24 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of Construction of Elevated Highways along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore city from Goldwins to Uppilipalayam km 147/100-km 157/200 (SHU-52) in Anupparpalayam Village, Ward 10 of Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M), South Taluk Office Campus, Coimbatore-641 018 may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The following Errata is hereby issued notification No.VI(1)/240(C-3)/2022 published at page No.3-6 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.316, Part-VI, Section-1, Dated.2.06.2022 issued under section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in connection with the construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of L.C.No.14 at Railway km-47/14-16 near Veppampattu Railway Station in Veppampattu (Perumalpattu) Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and District the following shall be substituted.
