BIFURCATION OF CHENNAI (SOUTH) REGISTRATION DISTRICT FORMATION OF NEW TAMBARAM R E G I S T R AT I O N D I S T R I C T A N D C H E N N A I ( S O U T H ) R E G I S T R AT I O N D I S T R I C T U N D E R T H E REGISTRATION ACT, 1908.

Under section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act XVI of 1908), and in modification of the earlier notification issued on the subject, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that with effect on and from 21.07.2023 the Registration sub-districts specified in column (2) of the table below shall cease to be included in the Registration District of Chennai (South) specified in column (1) of the said table to which at present attached and shall form a part of the newly formed Tambaram Registration District specified in column (3) there of:

Under section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act XVI of 1908), and in modification of the earlier notification issued on the subject, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that with effect on and from 21.07.2023 the Registration sub-districts specified in column (2) of the table below in the Registration District of Chennai (South) specified in column (1) to which at present attached shall form a part of the newly formed Registration District of Chennai (South) specified in column (3) thereof:
