(ii) Providing necessary support and guidance to aspiring SC/ST entrepreneurs;

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that M/s. Mullai Group of Companies, Coimbatore District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

ஆனி 18, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/HO/702/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby directs that in the District of Pudukkottai, the Subordinate Judge's Court at Keeranur shall have and exercise original jurisdiction over the District Munsif's Court at Viralimalai, in addition to its existing jurisdiction with effect from the date on which the District Munsif assumes charge of the District Munsif's Court at Viralimalai.

P. AMUDHA, Principal Secretary to Government. AND WHEREAS, the movable properties specified in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable properties of the defaulted financial establishment, namely, M/s. Mullai Group of Companies, functioned at Door No. 68, 7th Street, 100 Feet Road, Tatabad, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said movable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District appointed under the said Act.

ஆனி 18, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/HO/703/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras, hereby establishes a Court of Judicial Magistrate at Viralimalai in Pudukkottai District.

No. II(2)/LWSD/706/2023.—WHEREAS, the Governor of Tamil Nadu is satisfied that public inerest requires that the "Critical Piping for High Pressure Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Fittings, etc. Industry" should be declared as public utility service for the purposes of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of a1947);

No. II(2)/LWSD/708/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 and sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act XI of 1948) and in supersession of the Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department Notification No. II (2)/LWSD/324/2022, published at page 700 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 4th May 2022, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after considering the advice of the Committee appointed under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the said Act, hereby revises the minimum rates of wages payable to the classes of employees in the employment in Match Manufactory in the State of Tamil Nadu specified in column (1) of the Schedule below, as specified in the corresponding entries in column (2) thereof.

2. This Notification shall come into force on and from the date of its publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Explanations:—(1) Dearness Allowance.—In addition to the minimum rates of basic wages as fixed above, the employees shall be paid Dearness Allowance as indicated below:-

(iii) The first calculation of the dearness allowance shall thus be effective from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette based on the average of Chennai City Consumer Price Index Number for the previous year.

(2) Payment of dearness allowance in respect of piece rated employees will be subject to eight hours of work in a day. Where any piece-rate employee works less than eight hours a day, he shall be entiled to payment of proportionate dearness allowance only.

(3) To arrive at daily wages, the monthly wages shall be divided by 26.

(4) To arrive at monthly wages, the daily wages shall be multiplied by 30.

(5) Where the nature of work is the same, no distinction in the payment of wages shall be made between male and female employees.

(6) Wherever the existing wages are higher than the minimum wages fixed herein, the same shall be continued to be paid.

TR 11178) என்ற கைவினைஞருக்கு வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வினை மூன்று மாத காலத்திற்கு அதன் திரண்ட பயனின்றி நிறுத்தம் செய்து நிர்வாகம் வழங்கிய உத்தரவு எண். ஒநது/D1/பொன்/TR/3365, நாள். 30.05.2016 உத்தரவினை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற தொற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதா? ஆம் எனில், உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

[அரசாணை (டி) எண் 333, தொழிலாளர் நலன் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு (பி2)த் துறை, 19 ஜுன் 2023, ஆனி 1, சோபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. II(2)/LWSD/711/2023.—தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் (மதுரை) லிட், மதுரை என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழக தேசிய தொழிலாளர் சங்கம் - INTUC, மதுரை என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு மனுதரார் திரு. தில்லை நடராசன், ஓட்டுநரின், (பணி எண். டி 16515) ஆண்டு ஊதிய உயர்வு ஒரு வருடம் தொடர்விளைவுடன் தள்ளி வைத்து உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றும், இந்த தண்டனையின் தொடர்விளைவாக திரு. தில்லை நடராசன் ஓட்டுநருக்கு கிடைக்க வேண்டிய ஆய்வு பலன், சர்வீஸ் வெயிட்டேஜ் பதவி உயர்வு உள்ளிட்டவைகள் ஒரு வருடம் தள்ளிப்போவதுடன் இவர் பணி ஓய்வு பெற்று ஓய்வு பெறும் போது கிடைக்க வேண்டிய ஓய்வூதியம் உள்ளிட்டவைகளிலும் கடுமையான பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்தும் என்றும் எனவே அத்தண்டனையை ரத்து செய்யக் கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில், உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

மேலும், 1947ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
