WITHDRAWAL FROM ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 4 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 (TAMIL NADU ACT 10 OF 1999)

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from acquisition of the Land / Lands specified in the schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of Section 3 was published by the Transport Department at page No: 1 to 8, Part II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (Extraordinary) No. 137, dated 16.04.2018 the actual possession of which was not taken by on or behalf of the Government.
