Declaration of regulation of purchase and sale of the agriculture produce, "Gloriosa superba seeds" in the

notified areas of regulated markets under 2 market Committees in the State under the Tamil Nadu

Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 read with Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention of regulating the marketing of Gloriosa superba seeds in the notified Market areas of the Regulated Markets mentioned in the Table to the notification.

Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the Government of Tamil Nadu within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette will be considered by the Government.

Objection or suggestion if any, should be addressed to the Agricultural Production Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Agriculture - Farmers' Welfare Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009, through the Director of Agricultural Marketing and Agri Business, Thiru.Vi.Ka Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-600 032.

தமிழ்நாடு 1987 ஆம் ஆண்டு வேளாண் விளைபொருள் விற்பனை (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) பிரிவு 3 உடன் படிக்கப்பட்ட மேற்படி சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 9 இன் உட்பிரிவு 1-இன் கூறு (d) இல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள மாவட்டங்களிலுள்ள சம்மந்தப்பட்ட அங்காடிக்குழுவின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் உள்ள ஒழுங்குமுறை விற்பனைக் கூடங்களின் அறிவிக்கையிடப்பட்ட அங்காடிப் பகுதிகளில் கண்வலிக் கிழங்கு விதை விற்பனையை முறைப்படுத்த கருதி உள்ளதை இதனால் அறிவிக்கிறார்.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாளிலிருந்து ஒரு மாத கால அளவிற்குள் தமிழ்நாடு அரசுக்கு வரும் கருத்துரைகள் அல்லது மறுப்புரைகள் ஏதேனும் இருப்பின் அரசு பரிசீலிக்கும்.

கருத்துரைகள் அல்லது மறுப்புரைகள் ஏதேனுமிருப்பின் அவற்றை இயக்குநர் வேளாண்மை விற்பனை மற்றும் வேளாண் வணிகத் துறை, திரு.வி.க. தொழிற்பேட்டை, கிண்டி, சென்னை-32 மூலமாக வேளாண்மை உற்பத்தி ஆணையர் மற்றும் அரசு செயலர், வேளாண்மை உழவர் நலத் துறை, தலைமைச் செயலகம், சென்னை-600 009 என்ற முகவரிக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும்.
