From the Additional Director General of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai letter Rc.No.C1/EOW/4631/2023, dated 23.05.2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable properties of the defaulted financial establishment, namely, Messers Green Tech Distributors Private Limited, and G.Care, functioned at No. 328, North Masi Street, Madurai District, A-3 Annes Muhamed and A-5 Sundaresan, as specified in the schedule to this order and transfers the control over the said movable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District appointed under the said Act.
Order: No. 395, Home (Police-XIX), dated 26th July 2023.
WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messers Green Tech Distributors Private Limited and G.Care, Madurai District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.
3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

No. II(2)/ECCF/760/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector of Dindigul District, Dindigul ex-officio to hear appeals, if any, against the orders passed under sections 11, 12 and 13 of the said Act, in respect of the land of Komberipatti Forest Block-I, proposed to be constituted as reserved forest.

No. II(2)/ECCF/761/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that the area, the boundaries of which are specified in the Scheduled below, as reserved forest with effect on and from 10.01.2024.

West.-Thence, the boundary generally runs towards north along the eastern boundaries of Survey Numbers 1259, 1258, 1250, 1249 and 1247 of No.14, Thamaraikulam Village. Thence it turns generally towards northeast and runs along the eastern boundaries of Survey Numbers 1246, 1221, 1220, 1219, 1218 and 1200 of No.14, Thamaraikulam Village and reaches the starting point.
