CONSTITUTION OF THE TAMIL NADU ONLINE GAMING AUTHORITY UNDER THE TAMIL NADU PROHIBITION OF ONLINE GAMBLING AND REGULATION OF ONLINE GAMES ACT, 2022.

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Online Gambling and Regulation of Online Games Act, 2022 (Tamil Nadu Act No.9 of 2023), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes "The Tamil Nadu Online Gaming Authority" with the following Chairperson / Members with immediate effect:-

| 2. | Dr. M.C. Sarangan, I.P.S.,(Retd.) | Member |
| 3. | Dr. C. Chellappan, Retd. Professor, College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai-25. | Member |
| 4. | Thiru. O. Raveendran, Retd. Clinical Psychologist from Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Porur. | Member |
| 5. | Thiru. Vijay Karunakaran, Founder & CEO, In-Gage Group. | Member |
2. The term of office of the Chairperson / Members shall be as prescribed under rule 6 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Online Gambling and the Regulation of Online Games, Rules, 2023.
3. Orders regarding terms and conditions of service of Members shall be issued separately.
