DECLARATION
Under Section 19(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,
Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 0.09.50 Hectares of land is required in Mangadevanpatti Village in Kulathur Taluk in Pudukkottai District for a public purpose, namely, in Cauvery-Vaigai-Gundar Link Canal Scheme, Pudukkottai. Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 0.09.50 hectares is under acquisition for the above said project in the Mangadevanpatti Village in Kulathur Taluk in Pudukkottai District whose detailed description is as follows.

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of person interested and due enquiry as provided under Section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013). No one families likely to be resettled due to land acquisition.
Mines of coal, iron-stone, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, or not needed.

பொதுத்தேவைக்காக, அதாவது காவேரி-வைகை-குண்்டாறு இணைப்புக் கால்வாய் திட்டத்திற்காக புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டத்தில் குளத்தூH வட்டத்தில் உள்ள மங்கதேவன்பட்டி கிராமத்தில் 0.09.50 ஏர்ஸ் நிலம் தேவைப்படுகிறது என அரசு கருதுவதால், புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டத்தில் குளத்தூH வட்டத்தில் உள்ள மங்கதேவன்பட்டி கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன அரசுத் திட்டத்திற்காக கையகப்படுத்துதலின் கீழ் 0.09.50 ஏர்ஸ் நிலத்தில் அளவிடப்படும் ஒரு பகுதி நிலம் குறித்து விளம்புகை செய்வது குறித்தான விவரங்கள் பின்வருமாறு.

2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு பற்றுள்ள நபரின் மறுப்புரைகளைக் கேட்ட பின்னரும் உரிய விசாரணைக்குப் பின்னரும் இந்த விளம்புகை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக மறுகுடியமHவுக்கு வாய்ப்பான குடும்பங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை ஏதுமில்லை.
