In exercise of the powers conferred under section 33 (2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-107 hereby confirms the following variation to the conversion of Hospital use into Residential use in Ward-BP, Block No-10, New Town Survey Number 2/2, 2/3, 2/4 (S.No. 539 part, Kulavanigarpuram Village) Extent - 2021 sq.m. to the Review Approved Perumalpuram Extension Detailed Development No. 2 of Tirunelveli Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc. No. 31002/1998/DP2, dated 10.02.2000 and the fact of this approval in Form-12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 11, Part VI—Section 1, Page-104 & 105, dated 22.03.2000 publication No. VI(1)/66/2000 and the said draft notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 07, Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 80, dated 15.02.2023 Publication No.VI(1)/111/2023.

2. Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification with in the stipulated time, the same are hereby confirmed and ordered as below.

Confirmation of Variation

1. Whenever the expression Map No. 5 DDP(V)/DTCP/CTCP No. 08/1999 occurs the expression "DDP(V)/DTCP No. 01/2023 should be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In Schedule IV (Form No. 7) Sl.No. 18 in 4th column instead of 2.02.15 Hectare 1.81.94 hectare shall be substituted.

3. This Individual draft variation made enforceable from the date of publication of the Individual draft variation notification confirmed u/s 33(2) of this Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Vellalore Village, D.D.No. 9, Page No.296, S.F.Nos.687/4 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential" use zone the expression S.F. No. 687/4 shall be added as before entry S.F. No.680 to 682.

Under the heading "Agriculture" use zone the expression S.F. Nos. 685 to 688 shall be deleted and the expression S.F. No.685, 686, 687pt (Except 687/4), 688, shall be substituted.

No. 190/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following 4 Tahsildar Trainees in 4 Revenue Districts respectively (City list of Tahsildars for the year 2022), as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a peirod of 180 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
