As per the orders of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in Item No. 97/23, R.C. No. 1671/23/B2/CBE, dated 16-05-2023 the following amendment made in Column No. 6 of the Register of Waqfs pertaining to Masjid E Rahmath Dakni Madrasa Gulam Khaderia Pallivasal, Samundipuram South, Tiruppur District.

The Rule of succession to the Office of the Muthavalli and whether it is under the waqf deed or by custom or by usage	As per Waqf Nama dated 12-10-2017 - Hence the Muthawalli appointed as per Rule 16(3) he is appointed as a time being Muthawalli (as per Waqf Nama) by the President and 4 members from the Public whose accepted the Waqf nama and followers of Sunnath Jamath Hanafi in 16(4) Waqf Nama	வக்பினை முத்தவல்லி நியமனம் ஜனாப். குலாம் காதர் அவர்களின் வாரிசுதாரர் மற்றும் ஜமாத்தார்கள் கொண்ட 9 நபர்கள் கொண்ட நிர்வாகக்குழு 2:1 என்ற விகிதத்தில் வாகிபின் வாரிசுகளிலிருந்து 6 பேரை அ வ ர் க ளு க் கு ள் ள ா க ே வ தேர்ந்தெடுத்தும், ஜமாத்தார் சார்பாக 3 பேரை ஜமாஅத் பொதுக்குழு மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தும் நிர்வாகம் அமைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
