NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL
PURPOSES ACT, 1997.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purposes, to wit to for formation of "Corridor -3 26 – Adyar Junction Metro Station" and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the lands managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 81 Sq.mt (or) 871.884 Sq.ft to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of "Corridor-3 26–Adyar Junction Metro Station".
The plans of the lands are kept in the Chennai Collector's Office, Taluk Office – Velachery and O/o. Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The following errata is hereby issued to notification No. II(2)HWMP/521/2018 published on pages No.534-535 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.24, Part II — Section 2, dated13.06.2018 issued under section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in connection with Gundu Uppalavadi Village, Cuddalore Taluk and District for the Construction of Bridge over Uppanar at Gundu Uppalavadi Village.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired for the purpose of Strengthening and Widening of SH-09 Cuddalore-Madapattu Road at Km 24/389 to Km 24/398 in Kanisapakkam-I (Addl-II) Village, Panruti Taluk of Cuddalore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, Cuddalore. (CKICP). The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub–section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 44 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of Strengthening and Widening of SH-09 Cuddalore-Madapattu Road at Km 24/389 to Km 24/398 in Kanisapakkam-I (Addl-II) Village, Panruti Taluk of Cuddalore District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, District Collector Office Campus, Revenue Divisional Office First Floor, Kancheepuram – 631 501 and O/o the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Cuddalore–Madapattu Unit, Plot No. 21, ALC Campus, Cuddalore District and may be inspected on any day during office hours.
